The Scientologists responsible for forging and maintaining the relationship with the UK police forces are Bob Keenan and his assistant Marianne Rowell. Bob's post title is LRH Personal Public Relations Officer and this post is part of the cult's UK headquarters. However he likes to run around saying he is head of the Hubbard Foundation in London too. He uses the latter post title to distance himself from cult management, which probably helps him get his foot in various doors.
