I used this BROWREVIVE product from adonia to get a fuller and thicker eyerows and now I've LOST half of my eyebrows instead of regrowing them ....I DON'T recommend anyone to use a product on ur skin if u're not 100% sure it'll not be risky...they said it's organic and there is no negative effects and now i ended up losing many of my eyebrows!!! anyone have a better way..i will really appreciate it ^^''
i don't really like how the eyebrows came out though. i'm a fan of brows with slightly more defined arches (once they don't come out too harsh of course). but i like her tutorial anyway. it's nice and simple to follow.
Those are some good tips and all. But the lady giving the lesson didn't have great eyebrows to begin with (uneven and thin). And the model's brows were way too thick, they could've used a little bit more plucking. Just my opinion, but the basic idea is right.
exactly! i hate when they do things like that (ex: foundation on people with perfect skin, eyebrow how-to on people who already have their eyebrows done, natural looks on models who they don't have to do shit to).
im not so sure blending the white pencil over what you tweezed is a very good idea1
Tweezing then rubbing makeup over an unclosed pore----just clogges it!! maybe only marking 3 spots on the eyebrow....tweezing wat you need to...then putting cold water on top to close the pore....dry it...THEN put the highlighter under the brow...correct me if im wrong!
Another tip: putting warm water before you tweeze helps reduce pain---becuase warm water opens your pores!!

Please send this around the country! I travel around the US often and it seems as soon as you get >300 miles from NYC women cant groom their eyebrows!
Yeah you aren't suppose to do any hair above the eyebrow because the pupouse is to keep sweat and debree out of your eyes and I guess those top hairs work the hardest
i also need to pluck the hairs above the brow, but i do that with threading, since it's faster. i follow the natural shape of my brow. if you take off too much, it doesn't look natural. so, be careful and take your time, or go to a salon first and just do touch ups!
It was meant to be a nice comment :D I didnt mean to offend, but you know how it is with typed words: they convey no emotion. You're definitely pretty Aliceinwire! :D
This was actually a well done educational video for those who need help on this aspect. I did see that new tool, however, that suppose to make tweezing very easy. Can't remember the name of it though.
d1sintegration, even though what I'll say it's nothing new, let me tell what I do: use some iced water or an ice cube for 1 minute on the skin to tweeze. It doesn't work as good as an anasthetics would, but it sure helps. Good luck.
Using a hot cloth will work better. Yes, the ice numbs the skin, but it also contracts the pores making it harder for the hair to come out. If you soak a washcloth in hot water and rest it on your brows for a few minutes, you'll open the pores and the hair come out easier.
Ya I agree, my browns are very light in color and I dont think I have enough brow for the 3 points. Drawing in eyebrows or eyebrow mascara? doesnt seem to be territory i wanna step into ;(

They look the same.
And instead of spending an ass load of money on some "eyebrow gel" use hairspray on an old mascara brush thats been cleaned out.
