Fatwa on using the Left hand for Dhikr- Shaykh bin Baz and Shaykh Uthaymeen

masha allah. may allah have mercy on the sheikhs and grant them jannah ameen. best jus do it with the right hand since we know its from the sunnah and wether the left is allowed or not allahu alim.

When in doubt try and abstain from doing that act, having said that i will always try to use my right hand as it is sunnah so i will get more reward, using left hand may also be sunnah bit i dont know, however as it is not forbidden i will use my left hand if my right hand is busy with another task, as in my opinion it is better to continue doing zikar than to stop , the shaytan always causes us to forget allah in our day to day tasks.

May Allah have mercy on these two Imams of Ahlus Sunnah. I'm a little confused, if nothing is authentically reported about counting on the left hand, is this not then a bidah since it is an act of worship...

Shaykh Ibn Baaz mentioned the narration of starting a form of dhikr from the right then to the left. Wallaahu A'lam. So, it is upon us to research the issue and look into the daleel insha'Allaah.
