Parades dont ususally have live missiles, ammunition and tanks hauling ass down a busy road with no one around cheering for it. This is not a parade! This is clearly an army on it's way to action; where and when this was taken is the question. There is cause for concern; I would say relaxing is the last thing you should be doing!
