never mind, i got it now.. took me 90 minutes becouse the cops keeped killing me, so i putted some mines in the top floor of the building where the TRG is, shooted on some cops with desert eagle, took 1 cops clothes when he came up, shooted more, all cops where upstairs, me downstairs, BOOM ^_^

When you take a mine and the screen show a red cross line, then you can press the left mouse button by sticking on the wall. By the way, this crime action can't be seen by anybody, or you will cause a yellow alert. Thanks your question.
