@becca0020 You need a lineart, then an editing program (GIMP is the best free one I can think of), and a filming prgram, and something to speed it up in (Camstudio SUCKS for recording; use Desktop Activity Recorder. WMM works for speeding up.)

@saffy10aKiray they went to the lineart layer, used the magic wand tool to select the outline, went back to the coloring layer [which should be under the lineart layer], and pressed delete on the keyboard

@blacklove319 use the lassso tool to select the area, and click on the button on the top right hand corner of the tool box and find the arrows with another arrow on top. that tool will allow you to move the selected area, rotate it and such
