  • They were calls from the other side! If you get a call again let the answering machine pick it up. Sometimes they leave messages on answering machines. Fact not Fiction. Annie:)

  • My guess is that his phone got detached and someone picked it up. Maybe had a similar phone and was trying to dial out. Got voices they did not recognize then hung up. Probably realized later it was not their phone and discarded it. These crashes cause confusion, I hope his family can find peace after this and that the company at fault will at responsibly.

  • @truthseeker0183 Ok, that makes this even scarier. I do believe this happens b/c my uncle got a call from my cousin after he passed away from a horrible car crash except that my uncle never picked up and my uncle had my cousins phone next to him.....I was just thinking that maybe "gopro25" could be right but you proved him wrong!

  • I read on one of the reports about this incident that they reportedly never found chuck's phone which makes me wonder that if this is true, the phone may have ended up in someone else's hands after the crash, the phone could have been ejected someplace, either an injured or distraught passenger or rescue worker tried to use it for some purpose, but afterwords kept quiet and disposed of the phone as to not cause trouble with the already grieving family... That said i do believe in this phenomena

  • I read alot of paranormal and spiritual books and many of them say something familiar. The deceased loved ones, especially your spouse, fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend, they "help" you find another mate. They are concerned about you. They don't want you to go through life feeling lonely.

  • I do believe in supernatural stuff alot , but here somehow i feel considering that Chucks phone was never found, perhaps somebody else had picked it up and was trying it out or spooking people - coz they knew friends and family wud be anxious if they knew that the owner of the phone was on the train, Thus it turned into a paranormal situation.

  • Honestly, my mom's friend got a phone call from his mom who's been dead since August 2010 and it came from her house phone and when he called it back the operator thing came on and told him it has been disconnected. Same thing happened with a co-worker of mine when her husband passed away. His cell phone dialed hers with no explaination. These things DO happen. It's very spooky to think about.

  • woow

  • supernatural stuff like this happens all the time, its very spooky and very real

i remember hearing astory about a scientist who didn't believe at all but keep getting calls from his dead wife telling him he was wrong, alot of scientists belive in god and the aftelife but this one didn't till then

  • @jopeon If it happens all the time then why isn't there any verifiable scientific evidence proving it? There are rational explanations for everything. Reality doesn't operate on supernatural superstition. Everything is determined by the laws of nature and those laws can not be changed.

  • @derekxnl Our knowledge of physics and science is actually relatively primitive in the grand scheme of things. You'd be surprised at all that we dont know, and with this particular phenomenon, they dont have "proof" because these events catch people off guard, and an abnormal communication via electronics would not likely leave the same traces that a "normal" event...or call.. would. Just because you havnt seen it doesnt mean it isnt there.

  • watch the brilliant twilight zone episode -NIGHTCALL

its very scary, about an old woman receiving phone calls unbeknowst to her from her dead fiancee from long ago

  • whether his "ghost" called them or not (unlikely) What matters is that they found some peace in those calls.

  • Anyone ever butt-dial anyone by accident?! Same thing here. Phone was probably lodged under a piece of debris, and kept calling the last number dialed. This is not a ghost story. Some people in crisis situations dont think as clearly under stress... For the rest of you, I am purely ashamed.

  • @fng0101 Very well said sir. I'm just glad that I now have a term for dialing people when I sit on my phone! Excellent.

  • @fng0101 except that the calls were made to different numbers

  • WOW

  • @idle dreams dude i love that you lol'd at that! haha

  • I would sure hope it wasn't him calling. That would be horrible to send rescue after your dead body when there are live people needing rescue.

I think it was the phone malfunctioning and dialing his phone book. If it was really working there would not be static. You would hear whatever was going on inside the wreckage. And they would have found it somewhere near him.

  • I heard of a girl whose car fell into a pit and after the time of death, her spirit called her friend and told him to help her. I don't know if that one was true or not. But from personal experience, after my husband died, my cordless phone base repeatedly, and frequently, paged my cordless phone, for no reason. My phone would ring beside me, but when I looked at the Caller ID, it would say something like, "Base Calling." It was scary then, but now I think he was just saying hi.

  • I have heard of the dead contacting loved ones by phone.

  • lol

  • phone never found? im guessing it fell from his clothing and someone took it..?

  • Maybe its just possible the phone was malfunctioning due to the impact?

  • umm chuck called them. he simply did not die upon impact. the rescue crews told the family that to make them think he didn't suffer. chuck was calling his family, but his phone was broken.

  • I agree man. no human with a heart would ever say to another "yeah, he was trapped there for hours, slowly bleeding to death". and hell.. if you drop a phone sometimes its toast! So while its kind of a "ghost" story, it's more like a "police LIED to you" kind of story!

  • makes sense

  • but how come they couldnt find the phone? shouldnt it be around him if he was calling...maybe it was someone else calling who had got the phone trying to call for help before that person died

  • actually what i said doesnt make sense cuz that person would just call 911 and wouldnt call the phone owner's faimly lol

  • @idledreams24 well yeah but the cops would not listen the family is a better chance

  • @gopro25

How do you know this? Where you inside the train? Did the rescue workers leak information and tell you? Unless one of those two things happened you don't really know. You can't say for sure that happened if you were not there.

  • @gopro25 How did he manage to call 35 people before impact....or after being so injured that he died? it'd help to know when the calls were made and when the impact happened. If he knew they were going to crash, you'd think he'd be trying to get off.

  • fuck it the illuminati are responsiple foe this

strange that the number of the train was 111 like 911

  • Wow! This story gave me goosebumps! Touching but eerie.

  • @shnuki what does means 'GOOSEBUMPS'? here in brasil was a serie with this name '-'

  • @grandeelfa the term has to do with a chilling sensation that you get when encountering something frightening. The book series took the term because they are scary stories.

  • @barbaro267 Thanks :D

  • he did it on purpose
