Early on the afternoon of September 11th 2001, following the collapse of WTC 1 & 2, I feared a collapse of WTC 7 as did many on my staff. I made the decision -as ranking fire officer to clear a collapse zone surrounding the building and to stop all activity within that zone. Approximately three hours after that order was given, WTC 7 collapsed.

I am reading all these silly replies. I am a native NYer. On 9/11 I was working @ 225 B'way and living on E2nd. At about 5pm I was on the West Side Hwy. Police & Fire Pulled back and well all awaited WTC7 to fall. It was "Pulled" on purpose and not because of the day's events. This is an indisputable fact. Just ask a native NYer, or a member of the NYPD or FDNY of which my whole family is from.

The building fell in apx 6 seconds meaning it fell at the same speed as a free fall vacuum. Meaning a pancake effect is scientifically imposible. Why do you think the official story doesn't even mention this building.

Large tanks of diesel fuel were placed in 7 World Trade to power the command center, and this fuel was later deemed responsible for the intense fire that caused building #7 to collapse hours after the Twin Towers. In May 2007, Giuliani took responsibility for selecting the location of the fuel tanks.

The firemen do NOT seem at all surprised in this video.

"It's gone, man!" and they turn and walk away. The collapse seems to have been expected at, or very close to, the minute it happened. It should have been more difficult to predict the exact time of a collapse due to fires.

You cannot demolish a steel and concrete building via a controlled explosion. A power plant near my home town in England was blown up except the chimneys and the main office building did not collapse as it was made from steel and concrete. The hear softened the steel gurders which were not installed properly. Now i am sure that this building was a controled explosion as i seem to remember it being mentioned on the news that they had to do this for safety reasons.

ok guys correct me if i'm wrong but i think they admitted to bldg 7 being a controlled demo, and gave some shakey story about how they were gonna lose it anyway...the focus should be on towers 1&2, i'm a civil engineering student and i still fail to see how two 110 storey building can just accidentally fall directly into their footprints

WTC7 was only 47 stories tall, and a 20 story hole in the middle of the building IS pretty substantial. Then, you combine that with the fact that the debris from the north tower also knocked off some of the fire-proofing.... Starting to see the big picture yet?

To be fair, you should show a video of the building from the South as well.

If you did, it would NOT support your controlled demolition, 911 denial theories because you'd see a 20 story hole in the middle of the building, a 5 story hole on the southwest corner, and raging fires on multiple floors.
