No they dont give them health problems to make them cute, scottish folds are like that, the only cross with a scottish fold that can give it problems are munchkins. As long as you purchase one from a respectable breeder and not from a pet shop you shouldn't have any health problems that any other cat wouldn't have.

oh, the larger just like my larger cat. My smaller often licks friendly to the larger but it refuses its goodwill. My larger doesn't accept the smaller one. It takes time to educate them.
