I went about going out and buying a pare of jeans that had bit of stretch to them meaning that the composition of the jeans were something like 1-2% spandex and the rest being denim. That way you'd start out with a pare of jeans that would feel a little smaller than you'd like but would then stretch out later on to a comfrtabe fit while taking on the shape of your body (legs) whatever.
