@chocolatefan1711 All the food in the tube are all the stuff she days for the whole week. And it said that she's consuming 3000 cals per day. So u basically multiply 3000 to 7. And that's how much cals in the tube
@Zharpenx Aaaah yes of course, you're right!! So embarrassing that I'm apparently not able to do the simplest calculations...I'm desperately searching for an excuse right now^^ :D
There are many vegan and vegetarian athletes. B12 is the only essential element that comes best from animal sources, but is fortified into plant based milks, cereals, etc. While aspects of protein are important, it is erroneous to claim that it must come from animal sources. This is NOT to say that those that eat meat are wrong to do so, just to clarify that you don't HAVE TO eat it to be healthy.
It's crazy that considering how underweight Kim is her body is still able to survive long runs, I would expect her to collapse. I hate the "I don't have time to eat enough calories" excuse, it's not that hard to add a couple scoops of whey protein to your smoothie, or drink full fat milk, or even at least eat a higher calorie soup.
@astaliini a pound of fat is equal to 3500 extra calories than your body doesn't need. Your body needs around 2000 a day, so if you're eating an extra 1000, that basically means you'll gain a pound every 4 days.
@astaliini oh yes, it does. for a woman who is sedentary or mildly active, 3000 cals is way over the roof. also, calorie requirements for a woman depends also on her weight and height. personally my maintainence calories is only at 1400. (i'm 5"1)
sometimes the superskinnies just are very slim (but still eat strangely), but this time the superskinny looks really unhealthy. look at her tummy, it's sticking out like the tummies of the poor children in africa do!
I only jog a little bit (compared to Kim) and the idea of trying to run on what little she eats makes me feet sort of faint. I can see how athletes might eat junk or not totally understand balanced diets but I can't imagine how they wouldn't eat enough to fuel themselves. It's almost literally basic math. There is such a huge gap between "I want to get my diet spot-on" and just utterly and totally not eating enough, it's hard to see how she wouldn't understand what she's doing to herself.
@ThreeString If you do massive amounts of cardio it doesnt take long for you to lose a ton of weight- so your perception of your own weight cannot keep up with the change. In my most intense phases I used to eat 5000-6000 kcals a day and wouldnt gain any weight whatsoever. If I would eat a whopping 8000 kcals I would easily get rid of the excess energy in a day or 2.
This superskinny is one of the most ill I've seen in all the episodes...

3000 calories a day isn't THAT much... does it really make you that fat that quickly if you eat 3000 cals a day? :O shit...

I dont understand how kim can just not think about what she's eating. I thought that eating was one of the most imporatant things for sporters?
TheSnuffy1994 3 months ago 37
@TheSnuffy1994, usually, but some athletes just eat what they feel like when they feel like it, even some professionals.
