to be an actor like him you can't study that movements in the USA in an "actors academy". He studied in the Pekin Opera, that's not the shaolin temple but they also study Wu shu, Shaolin, Pak Mei (Bai Mei or whatever you want to call it) As you can see from that "opera" you can get actors or fighters. (It always depend on you what you want to do later)
