I wish i got photo shop but i forgot how to draw on lines and color and i used doodle pro toy to draw him bbut eye shining thing wont work and he looks like simba kind of lolz COOL!!

very nice! how do you select just that area and then like delete the area around the outside of the selected spot? I haven't figured that out yet XD

On your lined layer, you select with the magic wand, go to select on the top, modify, expand, 2 px, then you click delete on the layer with color on it.
