Instead of steel wool, use BBs. You'll get better agitation of the fuel. On a side note. I do not think adding CO2 to fuel, heated or not. Will help the motor run better or longer. Instead, try heated air. You should check out "overunitynow" on YouTube. Tommy Reed has alot o info showing why GEET won't physically and chemically won't work. The rod needs 3 centering posts near each end to hold it up so the vapours can vortex around it. Drill small holes and hammer in steel wire. Then file them to equal hieght to hold the rod center. Make it just loose enough to spin.
The rod front should be bullet shaped. It helps if the rod rear is concave inward a little. Drill it dead center with a large dril bit or use a small gringer stone to get a centered inward dimple in the rear end.
