I'm glad I watched this. Twitter doesn't look very intuitive, it took way too long for the poster to find what he was looking for. Think I'll pass on it until the improve the design.
This video is quite boring, but the cool thing, for me, is the Navigator's descriptive text - referring to the film Network, etc. and the idea that one can use his or her own skills--whatever they may be--to release frustrations *and* accomplish something at the same time. It's a great inspiration.
This is the ultimate PR nightmare. The senior executives will have to come out and address this. Perhaps it is a sign of a company that does not know how to use modern technology (unlike Susan Boyle, Obama, Iran protesters, etc) . The fact is a brush off was intended right from the start and the proof is seen in the behavior of the employees from the beginning. They waited too long and let it get too far. They should not have waited until this thing hit the new media.
Only one bad mark in a decent review of Dave Carroll's plight. Dave is Canadian not American ;)

Good job. I'm going to watch this again, I have stayed away from Twitter but this video helps.

Isn't that how the internet works for dummies? But the 'Bye for now, cheery pi' saved it at the last.

You've got to talk much, much faster if you want people to listen to what you have to say, instead of falling asleep...
