If you don't know the rules, stop calling a goal. The ball is at no point behind the goalline with all it's size, it's maximum half over the line at some point. Not more, so it's not a goal. If you don't agree, buy some glasses.

The arm was behind the line, but with the position of the arm when th ball hits it, it's impossible that the ball is behind the line with its full size. It's not enough that it's halfway behind the line, for a goal it must be fully behind the line. This is clearly no goal.
