  • I can't belive Evel left this film out with the lousy music and really poor acting. But he was such a narcasist mean sun of a gun any publicity was needed and wanted.

  • Kain Saul Backflips a XR1200 Harley Davidson to dirt

Name of video if anyone cares to see it

  • Proof that being the first person to do something incredibly dumb can make you a legend; if you are successful at it.

I think Jack Daniels helped too ;p

  • Please! Anybody what is that Music from the Begining!!!

  • Evel was a true pioneer of motorcycle long distance jumping. Of course he didn't know in a few years he could of purchased a CR500 and saved alot of broken bones.LOL

  • My babysitters were extras in the movie!!!!!LOL

  • Recently watched Viva Knievel (watchable) and a biopic called Evel Knievel made in about 2001 (very good)

  • The chilhood memory I have of this movie watching Evel in slow-motion checking his chain before the big jump at the end. I have a fond memory of myself re-enacting that scene on my tricycle on the neighborhood sidewalk. I used my leather winter hat (with the ear covers pulled down -haha) as the helmet. Then in slow-motion I would check my chain and then slowly lift up my trike to imitate the jump. In my mind I WAS JUMPING THOSE CARS LIKE EVEL. You know how real things can be when you're a kid.

  • Haven't seen this since I was a kid..brings me back...he was the man!

  • I've never found specific cinema but decided to go to view that one found at thisisawesomemovie. c000m and simply i said? it was in fact brilliant. an individual simply just are required to realize who the three main characters are and almost everything else will be easy to understand.

  • The best movies were made in 1971! Vanishing Point, Two Lane Black Top, Dirty Harry, Harold aand Maude, A Clockwork Orange, The French Connection, Diamonds Are Forever, Johnny Got His Gun, Willard and Duel !!!!!!

    Oh! And Evil Knievel !!!!!!!

  • @1971SuperLead Wow, what a list. You're right, and you really won me over when I noticed Duel was on the list too.

  • i hate the guy who complains about the copyright. Do you get payed for this? Which hole did you crawl out of? Communism and Nazi Germany happened, because of your kind. Follow the law too close and you wake up in a dictatorship.

  • @rbdavis1957

You are 53 years old, sit down, have more fibre and take your viagra. I understand you imagine yourself as some sort of a musician...OK, you can have your delusion, but stop pestering people. It is easy to call people 'a piece of shit' with the knowledge that they are at a safe distance. Yes, sociopaths, exactly like you, run dictatorships.

  • Cool.

  • THanx, i was thinking of this today. Saw Love at first bite yesterday, remembered that George did Evel. Love the funny scenes in it.

  • I worked in a video store for years, and I played this movie damn near every shift.

  • just imagine what he could do today if he was that age and alive again, the dirtbikes and motorcycles nowadays, he could do double what he did

  • @rkcrvjl It's about the effort! The Spirit! Hehe Numbers don't mean shit!

  • 11:20am Friday (CST) - Time in

    Mississippi, United States of America

Just tweak it a bited Ok

  • WOW!! George Hamilton when he was white!!

  • @fowzie777 you must be a neger

  • I remember first watching this movie back in 1976 on A Los Angeles TV Channel 7.

    It was the 3:30 movie.

  • This isn't a period piece. You should not look for any deep significance or clues into the human condition. This movie is not meant to be anything except pure and unadulterated fun. And that's just what it is. This is not a parody of Kneivel either, but it is true camp. When they say, "they don't make them like that anymore" this kind of movie is what they're talking about. What's more, after Zorro The Gay Blade, this is Hamilton's best moment on film.

  • take into consideration the friggin YEAR this movie was made...and the BUDGET they worked with...geeesh...tuff critics that dont know shit!

  • this is just too good...love it. They just dont make'em like this...anymore. Thanks again for the cult vidz...cheers

  • REAL BAD acting !

  • I'm going out right now and help my 8 year old daughter jump off the Ventura pier...video soon!

  • EK is pure arrogance and balls..

  • It's sad, so sad! George Hamilton made

E.K. look like a nut job...

  • I was never impressed with George Hamilton as an actor ( hell, his tan was more famous than he was), but he really sucked in this movie. It was like watching an actor, playing an actor, playing Evel Knievel.

  • @DrVenture45 He was funny in LOVE AT FIRST BITE..

  • lol i skipped forward right away and saw the police chase, and he jumps over dirt and does like a 5 foot jump, and the police are amazed and like, "ive never seen anything like that!!!"

I saw about 50 seconds of this movie total. GREAT MOVIE!!!

  • Evel, I never mourned your passing, but rather thanked God that you lived! I was one of the first to buy the Crusty Demons of Dirt video series back in '95 (not on DVD, but VHS). Whenever I jump my snowboard, whenever I BASE off of the New River Bridge on Bridge Day, whenever I skydive at Perris, whenever I'm hell bent for leather on the San Felipe Wash at Ocotillo Wells on my Fourtrax, that you're still with me!

  • He can't hear you.

  • @whitenite007

    hahahahah

  • great idea for youtube to post movies up even if they are older they are movies which i have not seen or heard of.

i have somthing to do now

this movie was great btw very oldschool

  • is that really him?

  • no he is played by George hamilton

  • im reading this at school

  • what a great future lies ahead for you ...
