  • I bought mine exactly 8 years ago. It runs perfectly with OS X 10.2. I wonder if there is any PC from that year still running somewhere. One of the coolest computers ever.

  • shininio, at beverly hills library, there is a pc with windows 2000 that works fine, lol but its an ugly gray box

    Oh course there are. Anyone with a brain who actually knows how to run and operate a computer can either keep it up and running, or if they want, put on a modern distro of Linux Mint or Ubuntu and do everything better than any Apple overpriced plastic toy. But hey, at least your expensive plastic toy looks nice and "cool" Too bad most Apple users have no clue how to operate a computer nor do anything useful and practical with their devices other than **** around on it.

  • yeah we still have our first Imac exactly like this one and we still use it although for smaller task but still good. Right now were are running tiger on it and my dad uses it for the articles in our snowmobile magazine.

  • I know! My XP from 2000 never had a DVD player! And these r much older than that one was.

  • THEY HAD DVD PLAYERS!! WAY BACK THEN?! HOLY CRAP! I have a MacBook. I got it in April. I would have never thought that they'd have DVD players that early on, though!

  • DVDs came into the market in 1996. My old Power Macintosh 5260 dsiplays when looking at the drives that it's mian CD drve is a CD/DVD reader.
