yes, usually if you want to freeze, fry them half only and when ready to serve fry again to make outer layer crispy or pop them in oven and bake...enjoy!
no offense. this is the worst way of making a triangle for samosas . There are so many easier ways and more efficient ways . Hope you are encouraged to try a different style next time

Can you freeze them after coocking them? Would they be still OK after they have been frozen?
