Beauty pageants are not about "truth". They are about the objectification of pretty women as so many mouthpieces for various business interests.

Sexual allure sells and having a mind and any opinion other than fluff-brained twaddle does not.

The tragedy of Ms California is not due to the "liberal media"--it is the gutless business interests who are the patrons of the pageant (and the "liberal media" too) who tolerate nothing that is "bad for business" including Ms California.

I see prayer forbiden in schools, same sex marrige, no protection for unborn children, giving out condems in the schools, greed, unwed mothers and fathers, 1/2 the marrages end in divorce, fighting two wars in the middle east, global warming, 5 million unemployed, child abuse, spousal abuse, sexual harrasment, drug wars, adultery, idolotry, satan worship, prostitution, terror attacks, no freedom of speach etc etc. And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

That's what happens when we think we know better than God and we disregard what God has told us to do for our own good. It's sad.

Almighty God who created and loves every person on earth says: Leviticus 18:22, and Romans 1:24 - 32. He tells us this for our own good because He loves us all, and we disregard it at our own peril.

And if I may add to what u quoted... because some people misuse the 'love of God' so to say He allows gay-relationships because of 'love'.

This is totally wrong. In both old and new testament scriptures are references condeming such acts.

How do we know what God meant about His love for us? The answer is in....

1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments, and His commandments are not burdensome.

i understand what you mean but i'm sorry i cannot agree. She is a smart woman and should have known that she would be criticized for her answer. Stating the truth is fine, but it is also fine to criticize her for stating that truth in front of millions of people who would get offended by that truth. It is similar to telling a gay person that you dont support gay people.
