Duncan is the most lyrical of Highland fiddlers. He doesn't do 'screech' or 'ugly'.

His solo CDs are solid gold.

The first time I saw Duncan Chisholm play -- and as an American tourist in Orkney in 2005, I had no idea who he was -- he performed this lovely air. The piece was so moving, I had tears in my eyes after only a few seconds. I have loved this Phil Cunningham composition and Mr. Chisholm ever since. Thank you for posting this!
