The tower is an engineering marvel, but like the top parts of it are too squished up and has no use whatsoever. In usefulness I still think the 101 in Taipei, Taiwan, is better.

And the tower is not very environmentally friendly, I forgot how many tons of ice it's equal to powering the air conditioning in the building
