The map can still be played. It has the exploding pumpkins and the ghost, but it doesn't have the special taunts, achievements (I don't think), or paper bag hats.

last night, when TF2 finished his update on my computer, I started to play the event... in about 6 hours of continue playing, I got the 2 nes hats, and the 5 event only achievements... I arrived late to the office today, but I'm happy as hell =)
