  • Fuck this asshole. His trickle down economics or should I say "Voodo economics" brought us where we're at today. He and George W. Bush were easily the worst presidents in modern times.

  • Reagan worshippers don't care if he was right or wrong. They just want their bullshit right under their noses so they can not only smell it, but taste it too. Just like Ron White says, you can't fix stupid.

  • "Trees cause pollution"

    -Ronald Reagan

  • yes, more government, more collectivism, more more,,,,,,,,, its all people seem to want, and it is enslaving everyone...the dim minded dont notice, they think they have it good, but some people can see clearly, and they know that people are being led voluntarily into slavery of a great beast...a beast that wants you depending on it to do everything...obey god's law and stop putting faith in a corrupt perverted government...see the value of your freedom, and stop the oppression

  • Yeah and 30 years of his policies have turned this country into a shit hole of poverty for the masses and greed and hyper wealth for the few.The US dollar is on a road to worthlessness thanks to the voodoo economic policies of Allen Greenspan and Ronald Reagan.Union busting scum bag!!!!!!

  • @sawthesunatnight

Actually it all started in 1913 when that criminal federal reserve took over.

  • Ronald Reagan started America a path straight to the sewer.

  • @sawthesunatnight

No he didn't, he was a puppet, it all started to go to hell in 1913.

  • The Republicans ALWAYS take the oil route (like Iraq???). They're all about how much money can go in their pockets, because let's face it - teaming up with OPEC means money in their pockets. Honestly, these days it's the Democrats too. It's not like it used to be. They are ALL crooks who are in cahoots with big business, and the lower to middle class citizens are doomed to poverty in the coming decades = doomed economy. It's not a free country anymore, hasn't been in a long time.

  • @DaveBleicher

It's been fucked up ever since 1913.

    Fuck Both parties.

  • @jmjfanss

"We the people", as a nation, need to bear arms and take back this country of ours, and live as true sovereigns. The Constitution of The United States was written to create "power for the people". But, we have NO POWER. We are SLAVES, who are being forced into a state of poverty, ill health and powerless living. The scumbags controlling this country took our rights set forth in the Constitution, and ripped it all away from us. They are true evil & need to be stopped

  • @DaveBleicher

At Least reagan killed some of them stuff like the LOST treaty, UNESCO and the fairness doctrine.

  • Carter was about more control, more regulations.

  • Regan was a boot licking actor, who played his part well. He thought he was a cowboy, and that the people of this country idolized him. Some did, many still do. Of those that do, it is clear they live in a dream, which is turning into a nightmare.

  • Kudlow is always been a little prick. Sorry, but he also made an assnine statement about the irrisponsible behavior of John Q. Public in the mortgage melt down. He is a trickle down guy who sees no disparity in a sub-culture of cretins that live off the sweat of the working class in perpituity while belittling the public fatted cow that creates them.

  • @pjamesbda That mortgage melt down is largely the fault of Congressman Barney Frank a Democrat who gave out loans to low income people who couldn't afford it.

  • @67nairb - you need a reality check. B. Frank fought to change the lending practices as they applied to race, and background, not eligibility. The loosening of the lending practices resulted from the relaxation of banking regs by congress, both liberals and conservatives. But mostly James E. Gilleran and Richard Hartt (Director of the office of Thrift Supervision - The Treasury, and Deputy director of the FDIC) . Both Conservatives!

  • @pjamesbda Is that so.

  • @pjamesbda Still, those loosening of lending practices caused serious problems for our economy. And wasn't Barney Frank involved in the brokerage firms Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that went under two years sgo.

  • @67nairb - of course B. Frank was heavily involved if Fannie and Freddie. He was/is the ranking Democrat on the Financial Services Committee, which has everything to do with the financing of Homes. So in that respect, it was his watch, but from what I've dug out of this, the biggest thing he is guilty of is trying to do is get unpriviliged in housing. A terrible man!

We were all involved with Fanni and Freddie. They hold the loans on 90% of all US homes. Probably most of the people you know.

  • Such a corporate whore.

Pres. Carter established a plan to make US energy independent - by 2010.

    Reagan/Bush I - took the oil route ...

2010 we have had 3 energy related wars - exacerbated more hatred against US due to their policies.

And now the Cheney [energy exemption] off New Orleans coast-gusher - 1/4 to one million gallons a day !

Ronnie was a good speech - reader ! Period !

Greatest lender nation before him; greatest debtor nation, now

Because of his failed economic policies !

  • @hackit12 I say both parties have failed us.

  • 67nairb

    -

Dems. –‘worked for and accomplished’- clean air, water, safe food and medicine, fair wages, equal pay, safe work places, Security, Medicare, HealthCare etc. – because their majority constituents NEED IT

    -

B.S. … conservatives, corporate and family Elitists lobbied to: destroy labor, deregulated Wall St. - -‘said they could regulate themselves’-, exported industries/jobs, ignored and helped monopolies, logarithmically increased the debt and logarithmically increased their PROFITS

  • @hackit12 Well people were complaining the lack of clean air and global warming under President Bill Clinton a Democrat in the 90s.

  • 67nairb -'Well ...'-

    -

So you are conceding that your specious claim was wrong !

    ""both parties ""

    ...

But feel obligated to make a foolish, false statement.

  • That was 30 years ago! There is not much oil in the USA now! You low-level conservatives are clueless . . . you don't even listen to Republican oilmen experts like T.Boone Pickens & Matt Simmons. Seriously, go read what Pickens, Simmons, and James Schlesinger say about oil. Sheesh!

  • wow deja vu liberals like Obama & co. don't get it, there fucked up way of thinking fucks with the American way ....vote these ass-holes out!!!! er uh, bein from Massachusetts my R vote means nothing ....unfortunetly

  • Uncle 'Bama talks about alternative energy sources, so did Jimmy Carter. Well, where the hell are they?!?

They don't exist and never have. someday they will, but not because big government taxed us into accepting what they want us to use (Cap and Trade).

Libs are always big on the government giving us what we need.

What I need is the govcernment to get the hell out of my way, I've got a job to do, and money to make. MY money, not a welfare whore's money.

  • Newsflash.... Carter was voted out of office and his policies were not followed by the Reagan administration. One obvious symbolic reversal that the Reagan administration did when it first arrived at the White House, was to get rid of all the solar panels. This goes to show you what they thought about alternative energy.

  • Newsflash, sweetheart. Solar energy is NOT reliable, efficent, or sustainable. Have you seen the price of solar panels? Did you know that they only have a life expectancy of 20-25 years? And don't generate eneough electricity to make them economical? A good quality solar panel will cost you $5,000.00-$7,000.00 and only provides 1kw per day! If the sun is shining.

  • Solar energy would be much more economical today if we would have invested more into it back in the early 80's. But the prices are coming down, surely but slowly.

And if you believe there is more oil under the North Slope in Alaska than Saudi Arabia, then you are truly delusional.

  • I'm sorry, but that's just a pipe dream. Solar is NOT economica, nor is it good for the environment. do you know how much acherage will be taken up for "solar farms"? How much wildlife habitat will have to be destroied, how much farm land also? Nuclear is safe, economical and affordable.

And I've seen the data on North slope surveys and tests, have you? not what someone tells you, but the actual data? I doubt it.

  • Perhaps you could show us this data that shows their is more oil in Alaska than the entire Middle East. Please enlighten us all.

I believe you have just solved America's energy problems. It must be a liberal conspiracy to hid all of this oil!

  • LocoYoFla, find it yourself, I'm not getting paid to do your homework for you. No, it's not a liberal conspiracy, but nut job organizations like PETA are blocking every means to get our own oil out of the ground. Polar bears? Shrinking icecaps? Yes, the polar ice caps were shrinking a few years ago, now there thickening up, again. The whole thing is cyclacle, and there's nothing humans can do about it.

  • There you go, again, making statements with no sources and figures to back your points.

According to the World Factbook, 2005, the country with the largest proven oil reserve is Saudi Arabia with 262,700,000,000 barrels of oil. The United States is number 14 on the list with 22,450,000,000 barrels of oil. These figures are also recognized by the US Dept of Energy.

So, what source says there is more oil in Alaska than Saudi Arabia? And who says that oil fields are replenshing themselves?

  • There is oil in Alaska, but not even an order of magnitude close to Middle East oil. Getting that Alaskan oil wouldn't really make a dent in the problem . . . in fact it would probably make things worse since we would just burn up that oil in a few years and then be in an even DEEPER mess. Can you understand that?

  • Really? Where are you getting your information, buddy? Not from those who know, that's for sure.

  • buisyman -'Nuclear is safe, economical and affordable.'-

    -

Amazing after 40+ years of accumulating waste [that has to be continually cooled for 40,000+ years] - anybody can say it is economical .... not one penny has been set aside for that ! Yet 100's of billions of taxpayer money is still "subsidizing them".

    -

SAFE - "Not one" insurance company in the world -'will insure them'- !

    -

Cost about 15-20 years of wasteful -"carbon based'- production to produce nuclear generator sites !

  • @hackit12 Really?!? 40,000 years? Just who are you trying to kid here? do your reasearch, don't believe what the liberal hacks who want to throw us back to the stone age are telling you.

  • buisyman -'hacks who want to throw us back to the stone age'- - B.S. and Ad hominem ... - Prove - nuclear -'safe, economical and affordable'- ... - SAFE - "Not one" insurance company in the world -'will insure them'- ! - Amazing after 40+ years of accumulating waste - anybody can say it is economical .... Yet 100's of billions of taxpayer money are still "subsidizing them". - Cost about 15-20 years of wasteful -"carbon based'- production to produce -'one nuclear generator sites'- !
  • wow, kind of sounds like Obama wants to follow in Carters' steps, doesn't it? You should watch the vid of the Carter/Reagan debate about health care. Sent a shiver dsown my spine.

  • Wow the Republican platform has not changed in 29 years!

  • So, what's your point? Neither has the Democratic platform, and the Democratic platform is what caused this mess in the first place.

  • Niether platform was really followed. But, it seems ridiculous to use the little amount of oil we have so fast without a viable plan to move away from oil.

  • What do you mean, the little amount of oil? I've got news for you, sweetheart. there's more oil under the north slope than in the entire midlle east. Oil wells that were capped because they were played out have been found to be refilling. with oil. OIl is NOT a focil fuel, as was previously thought. That was just a theory, and the earth herself is proving that theory wrong.

  • Abiotic oil? My god are people stupid.

  • So, show me the proof that oil is a focil fuel. There isn't any proof. Just speculation. From over 100 years ago. ?Think about it.

  • We miss you Ron, Mr President!

  • Amen to that. We need another Ronald Regan right now.

  • The great leader!

  • Yea, I guess the more things change the more they stay the same! Liberals then and now continuelly prove how completely brain dead they really are. Must be something in their Hybrid.
