    Mary,..

  • for how much money i must take vitamins for all i need per day or per week?? and... how many bottles are that anyway ?? i believe, every day there is a new vitamin. to explain... ???? don't get that?! pls. advice

  • Dr. Mercola, What about strontium? Is it okay to take K2,D3 and strontium for bones? What other vitamins and minerals would you recommend for someone with ostoeporosis? Thank you

  • I just had an artificial heart valve put in and so have to be on warfarin for the rest of my life. sad to see this :( as warfrin oxidizes vitamin K

  • K2 vitamin A and D3. Does more to remineralize one's teeth than any toothpaste out there. The enamel of my teeth have grown over my teeth, actually like a film that covers the transparency that can occur when or if one takes too many antibiotics. This organic film cannot be formed by tooth pastes, not nearly as well as K2. I think it is organic so that it works with the body's remineralization process, such as saliva, to step up our naturally occurring process to strengthen our teeth.

  • My vitamin d comes with K2!!!

  • sounds good - but if k1 is already converted to k2 in the body, why would you bother investing in a k2 supplement?

  • @norwegcat Because you have a wrong belief. K1 is NOT converted to K2. Your body's bacteria can make it but NOT from K1. K2 is a bacterial fermentation by product.

  • What kind of Vitamin K2 to buy? There is only one leading brand and that is the norwegian MenaQ7. MenaQ7 is a product by the norwegian company Nattopharma.

Please visit their webpage: menaq7.com and watch their animated videos!

If you will want to buy Vitamin K2 as MenaQ7 I recommend herb.com

By using referral code QAD201 you will have additional 5$ discount as a new customer.

  • I like to listen to you mr mercola

  • funny, all the research i have done on soy, its baddddddddddddd for you!!!! gouda cheese is the best!!! its also in liver, eggs, cheeses, fermented cheeses and curd are good sources of vitamin K2. research it!

  • Respect to D.O :)

  • Thanks Doc.

  • I use NATTOKINASE (2.000 FU's of potency) from NOW, but there are others.

  • vitamin K2 is just as important as vit D. If you can't get enough K2 from fermented foods, you guys will want to buy K2/K2Combo supplement derived from fermented natto as dr mercola has pointed out.

  • I need to get this K2

  • im pregnant.. i want to take a supplement.. is it safe for my case?

  • @farooh20 this isn't just a supplement where you have to worry about side effects. It's really no different than eating foods that contain K2. Vitamin K2 is abundant in grass-fed animal fats, liver, butter, cheese, egg yolks, fermented foods, and promotes broad facial structure, healthy bones and teeth, a properly functioning nervous system, and robust cardiovascular health. Search Google and westonaprice . org for "Activator X"

  • @farooh20 everything i have researched about soy has shown me its bad for you. You can get k2 naturally in liver, egg yolks, hard cheese (gouda cheese is a good source and palitable, curd, yogurt, fish liver oils. That would be the safest way to get your k2 being pregnant. Look online for how much you should be getting. Just noticed this was posted 8 months ago, Hope mother and baby are healthy and congrats!

  • so what is the brand name of k2, how $ and where to get some??

  • @crosspecans get it at your local grocery store. Stay away from soy! k2 is naturally found in foods like liver, egg yolks, hard cheese (gouda cheese is a good source and palitable, curd, yogurt, fish liver oils.
