  • okay...who is this heffah? how's or what is she doing, what kind of questions she's asking?....okay okay ...why did i ask that stupid question...it's not her fault at all...she just don't know...she don't know...and that's cool...she needs to be exposed to it thoroughly

  • Stop comparin' the two...We get it Blaze is more commercial, but that's not his fault, after Jigga got on, every hot MC (and R&B artist) wanted a Blaze beat...9th is NICE, reminds me of a young Premo, he'll work with just about anyone...Bottom line: Just appreciate each other's talent.

  • 9th keeps it real @ all times..Just Blazes cool but Jay-Z made him famous..9th beats made him famous big defference!

  • you are crazy. if you wanna say he is better whatever its a matter of opinion but i think blaze is solid enough to not be "destroyed" by anyone else in the game.

  • nahhh they just two different styles....just blaze uses bigger chunks of samples and is more smooth with them....9th wonder catches lil bits and pieces that most ppl wouldnt hear...9th wonder has a good ear...his beats are more choppy and jagged. they both are at the top of they game tho

  • your obviously a hater Millwallidan120. If you knew your history, you would know that Hip-Hop originated out of sampling music and incorporating it to their own. If anybody makes beats, and don't wanna be a thief, then don't use the samples in MPC's and don't use Reason and don't use FL and don't use any other program that got contains drum because evidently it would be taking something else that you didn't create from scratch. so either way it goes. all producers something from something.

  • Actually hip hop didn't originate with sampling music. Sampling wasn't used that much until the mid 80's. Groups like Whoudini used straight keyboards and drum machines. Furious Five rocked over live bands. Drum machines came before samplers.

  • My man. True. If anyone would think about it. Sugar Hill Gang's "Rapper's Delight" uses the same melody as Chic's "Goodtimes". People still think it was "sampled" but samplers wasn't used during that time, at least not in hip-hop. So what that means? It was replayed which is still live instrumentation.

  • Conceptually, hip hop MUSIC (hip is more than rap) did come from sampling, though the technology was not as sophisticated as it is today. It's widely known that Herc would take the break of a song and extend it by using two copies on his turntables. Essentially, that is sampling because he took one prerecorded segment of a song and flipped it (by repeating it), and he also chopped it by virtue of using something less than the complete song. Thus, sampling was there from the very beginning.

  • exactly right bro...

  • danm your obiviously a hater

  • hi hater hi hater
