Cant you draw the design and use a projector to scale it to whatever size you want? Unless you didnt have one.. or if they even still exsist. Do you kids still have projectors in school? In my day thats all we had, you probably have 46'' screens or a of those exspensive digital projectors that can do movies.

@TheNoobWhoLold I also have a video on ninja stars and glow-in-the-dark nunchuck swords as well. Explore my other videos for ideas.

As for the blade I used to cut the cardboard, I use a generic X-acto knife blade. You can get them at any craft or hardware store. Not that expensive either.
