  • yes, the problem is solved! it was the key on the crankshaft timing belt toothwheel.

    the cam was 6-8 degrees advanced and the inlet valves touched the pistons when they opened at the inlet stroke, i'm very happy that nothing else got damaged!

    the car is now running again, but i got oil leakage from the camshaft seals in both ends, probably i got some scratches in them when they was mounted.

  • Sound like the cams it does sound like some high tensioned steel like a spring hitting itself. But i would check the exhaust manifold and subsiquent joint & pipe between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter for holes. A small hole near the exhaust manifolds sounds just like a broken valve sometimes.
