Mr. Bondaruk , your teaching of S&T is the best by far! I've been working on S&T for about 2 years with mixed results. Until seeing your explanation of the upper-body stretch in the backswing, the lower-center pendulum, and the "spring-loaded" idea in your videos, I couldn't put it all together. You really show how to make this work. I can't thank you enough, I'm now hitting a 'push draw' on a consistent basis, and know how to repeat the swing I want.
Mr Bondaruk is the best teacher of the S&T. He's gotten me into a really nice position to tuck and extend, so I'm striking it much better. In this vid, I like that both arms get a lot of energy from connection to the chest. Always, his club never comes close to horizontal. He's fixed a lot of confused S&T'ers, like me. (I should toss the confusing S&T vids and book, and just watch Mr. Bondaruk's youTube vids. But, I guess they are paid for and have some detail that is helpful.)
Mr.Bondaruk, this is the best stack & tilt video that I've seen! This include the official video that B&P put out! Thanks! If I were in NorCal instead of GA, I would take lessons from you.
@DeniedHealthCare Thanks, It's nice to get a comment like yours. I'm on Cape Cod in Massachusetts right now. Send me a video sometime I'll give you a critque. Thanks again.
Correct. Shoulder center will only stay still if you tilt left and stand up on the back swing. Mike Bennett told me to change that. He said I do it more like T.A.III. a spring load. I began with Mac O'Grady, later with JHardy. After watching what turn out to be the SnT students spring. Iwent to the source.Frst time in the correct position at the top I said to Mike. I don't know how I can hit it from here he said. "I don't know how you will miss it from there." He was right
Looks like your head is dropping on the backswing (coming up on impact). Isn't the head supposed to stay level? I though the shoulder center stayed in the same position throughout, meaning that on the backswing you actually stretch the spine (i.e., "stand up") to keep the head level.
If you take a 30 lb weight on a rope the lenght of your arms. From the very top of your back swing and throw it down toward a ball. Be sidestearing your head off your body it would also have the effect of pullin you off balance toward your the ballof your rt foot. The opposite direction is the heeel of your lt foot. for every action there is a re-action in equal and oppositedirections. As strong as some of these guys are when the swing at a driver the 30 lb wieght sometimes wins.
The knees move literally then the striaghten up, all the weight of your body concentrated to left heel Yourbodyhas at to make aturn. Focus of the turn is not in one area of the body or spot. It has to occur in the whole. Interior turn of right side your rib cage and at the same time an exterior turnof the left side rib cage.I believe even your eyes should look down field of vision.Once thehead turns theneck causes a chain reaction. The body will follow. I hopethishelps you out Buck.Goodluck
if all the weight goes on the heel in the downswing, then why do we see players almost off the ground at impact, proving, that at least at impact, there is almost no weight on the heel

im pretty sure my backswing is good, but im still confused w the downswing, i tend to get my weight past my left foot, and fall to the left after i hit the ball(head gets ahead of the ball)...When you describe the downswing you say alot of thingshappen all at once...you said you start to turn your knees, and then i got lost after that
downswing happens differently for these swings. The S nT swing needs a spring of the legs up withthe hips tucking under the shoulders. The right side swing is mostly an arm motion with the torso in resistance of movement. A one planer is going to turn every thing and the right arm throws down to the right side. They are different but very subtle. The reason is they all stay on the left sid ethru out the swing. How you start the down swingis up to you to discover what works best.
just to make sure everyone is clear you never say anything about the hips moving forward you just talk about turn. but in your swing the hips do move forward. and so everyone understands that is the saving grace of a slicer

This swing sucks. Its like swinging like a retard with no control of the arms.

The Hips move forward and so do the Shoulders. There is no separation or tilt by hips moving forward like a two planer.
