There is nothing called a Hindu.
All people following the olden scriptures in India or elsewhere should be called as either Vedantists(followers of vedas) or Sanathan Dharma(The oldest truth).
In India now the laws are so strict that the rich cannot buy lands from the weaker sections/tribes of community.
If you buy land against the law your money will be lost and the land cannot be registered in your name as well.
You can be jailed even on complaint for abuse on caste/tribe of a person.
