I had the pleasure of meeting Malford Milligan when he was performing with Greg Koch in a band called "Greg Koch and Other Bad Men". What a terrific guy Malford is!
Just saw him play at the Saxon Pub in Austin tonight. He was absolutely incredible. Feel so lucky to catch him in such a small venue. Unbelievably soulful voice!
It's sort of a cover. It was recorded first by the legendary John Mayall, but it was written by David Grissom who opens the song on guitar on this version.
I was Fly Fising in new mexico with my dad and the local santa fe radio station did an hour with these guys and they played a bunch of songs. It was really cool.
Love Storyville. Either was at this show or one near this time. Great show. Visited(that's what we call talking in Texas) with Malcom when he was coming in to Antone's. Nice guy. Jesus saves.
Time. Dimensions. Light. Knowledge. I am myself, but awoke to a different world. Thanks for the tunes man! Id like to invite you to come check out "Nightmare on Blog Street" a poem I wrote to infect the sane.
don't forget about david holt...he can kick a hell of a lot of ass on guitar himself
side note--I was there when they filmed this...it doesn't do them justice...do what it takes to see them...they normally do a few shows a year at Antones
The most under appreciated/under rated blues rock bands of all time! Malford is totally killer!! Not to mention Dave, Tommy and Chris! Best core blues band aroound. Storyville and Double Trouble lives on!!
This is a killer band who are not appreciated enough except in Austin. All great players and Malford sings his ass off. Great tasty guitar playing--love it!!
It just doesn't get any better than this. Malford is still singing GREAT and what a band. I just ordered the Live at Antones set and it has to be a killer.

This is awesome. Why is it cut in half? Go to 2:25 for the beginning of the song if you wanna skip the guitar solo intro.
