The people who live among nature have always been much more peaceful. It is only a matter of time before their land is destroyed for some "private" property and their resources destroyed with that.

The death toll cannot even be compared. Most tribes lived in great peace. It wasn't perfect, but much better than the so called civilized ones.

But if forced to have a government I would say the best is the government of Gaddafi (Libya). It is run very well and far superior to capitalism, socialism, communism etc.
