Why would anyone care about this crap? YouTube was NOT designed for this kinda stuff. Its super retarted. How can ANOYONE care about you. PS: Your graphics and accent SUCK!
hi sara. can i ask you a qwestion if thats ok... whens the next meteor shower going to come. what is the name of the meteor shower. try asking your sources.
DeliriumReal. thank you for your nice comment. but i dident see the meteor shower becuse it was partly cloudy. mabey next year in 2010 i might get a chance. besides i was watching TV
I saw that one too! Did u notice that is was red then turn blue...it was pretty cool! Southern California here...i was able to see about 50 and that was from 1:00am-3:00am!
I love her accent! Will you marry me?? :) I saw a bunch last night from 12:00 until 2:00AM in NY.. they were falling close to Orion's belt. It was spetacular!!
Thanks for the reminder! I saw 92 in an hour last night in Northern Ireland, the sky was really clear so it was fantastic! I'm going to brave the cold tonight again to try and spot some more!
102 meteors an hour and a wicked 'WHOLLY SHIT!' fire ball that lit up the place made a 'POP' at 2:47a.m. Best starry night sky for viewing the cosmos in Northwestern B.C.!
Saw a very large bluish/green meteor drop straight down behind an apartment building in the Bronx, N.Y. I actually thought I'd hear a bang when it fell it was so large. I couldn't believe my eyes, especially because of the color of it. Googled and found an article in the India Times about the meteors being multicolored.
I'm in Southern California...drove for 2 hours to get away from the light pollution in L.A. and saw nothing.....came home and saw 3 in a row. Looking forward to romorrow night.
Even on this cloudy night I saw three withing 50 minutes, here in Laguna Beach, CA they must have been very bright because we are getting a marine layer of clouds rolling on from the ocean...
the peak in europe will be a bit after 6am CET, that's 5am UK.
The US apparently will have a peak around Midnight EST.
The earlier you start looking, the less meteors you'll see per hour. the longer you stay subsequently, the more you'll see. also your eyes will get accustomed to the dark better, and you'll know where everything is as well.
@MegaCrazydude101 almost as soon as it gets dark... peak around 2 a.m. (Northern Hemisphere)... till around 6 a.m. (that's what my sources say)... hope u have great weather!
Oh darnit! I wanted to watch them while I was out of the city yesterday but we were so tired I forgot about it. It was super-cold too so I'm not sure I would have stayed outside very long anyway.
Oh I should be at night in Germany to wish on a falling star and at day down under to go to the beach lol Great video! Every time I come I get amazed with the information and also the video production. I felt I was watching the "Nasa channel" ;) Keep the good work up!
well yea you might do a tutorial. i figured i could do a time lapse by speeding it up like in my dancing blind video.. but yea its not quite the same as the traditional film method. its too clean lol. oh i saw that rudolph show last night and eon the terrible was an awsome stop motion thingy. i got some old 70s film cams but its so expensive to develope the film. check out eon the terrible. he's cool!
1) You take a picture every 4-10 sec and then just put them one after another in your editing tool... (that would be the classical method...
2) You just take your normal videocam and after that you speed it up massivly... (which I see as kind of cheating, but it is basicly the same effect ;)), but that is normally not possible at night times cause you need to expose the pic for example...
Ive been wanting to film a meteor shower for the scenic channel for a while. I tried a couple times but the stars just look like white dots on a black clothe. maybe its my camera? Any tips?
i know that if you zoom all the way out, your depth of field comes into perfect focus. maybe keep the cam zoomed out then when you put it on your com.. blow it up and slow down the motion. video is not the answer to filming stars unless you got an expensive cam. i dont know the answer
Do you have an SLR? like nothadnotbad says... videocam is not quiet the answer here... best way to go is to use an shutterspeed of at least 4'... should I do a tutorial on that... I am kind of experimenting with it...
I always want to see one but it's always I am not in the right place for it's cloudy or I don't know when. I will check it out. Myabe I can see it if it's on my hemisphere. It's freezing cold out but it would be cool to see it :) Thanks for sharing!
I love your trailer(s). And I think I will have some hits due to the perseids vid I did .. thought I could sent them to you, you guys actually know what's going on... Good luck and good weather!!!!

This is all wrong. This is the most UNreliable meteor shower of the year. Every single year it's cloudy. This is the WORST meteor shower ever.

what program do i need for time lapseing? i have movie maker and capwiz. i dont see any time laps stuff on them. help
nothadnotbad 2 years ago
you can do timelapse in 2 ways...
Should I do a tutorial?

for nighttimes I would definitivly take a slr to make the shots... agreed... I am not quiet sure if the bigger videocams do it well ...
