  • Very cool video. Love the music.

  • Like it. I bought one book and now 7 more for my team. We are downloading the free handouts from the website and using them in our team focus sessions like Jason Levin suggests.

  • Nice intro for what you do. Good job!

  • With all the challenges and changes in the workplace of today, it's vital to have tools that effectively build a strong team. Implementing a TIGERS culture is a great first step.......

  • @InTheWIngsSpkerMgnt1 Thanks so much for that comment. Show me how to get this in the hands of entrepreneurs who are on the verge of hiring their first employees and it will make their heads spin on how engaged and committed their workforce will be.

  • Excellent! I recall at one place I worked they had to bring in a therapist to get two groups to start working together, it would have been better to get them to communicate before there was such a big issue.

  • @1987bigdog therapist?? like in couple therapy? that kind of thing? maaaaan things are getting out of control. I remember a joke with some monkeys that acted like office people, I can't find the English version now...

Anyways, people just have to start thinking a bit more about environment. Is useless to save the planet if we can't really manage our office environment.

  • @danutzzzz13 Yes, like in couples therapy - really!!!

  • @1987bigdog Funny you should say that. This technology was actually used for marriage encounter through Gonzaga University. John Kohls, a great mentor and head of the Ethics Department at Gonzaga offered marriage encouter as a hobby and service and used both the survey that comes with this and a game that is called the TIGERS Team Wheel to facilitate couple's retreats. He loved it.

  • @tigerssuccess I don't think is wrong, is a good idea. I just think preventing is better than curing. If a group needs therapy in my opinion is not well managed.

  • @danutzzzz13 Definately not well lead.

  • @1987bigdog Actual marriage encounter. Here couples go who know they are on rocky ground but want to make it better before going into full blown therapy.

  • @danutzzzz13 Yes, like in couples therapy!

  • @danutzzzz13 Pretty amazing how many team culture businesses are sustainable in more ways than one. I'm right there with you on environment. Show me how to get this in the hands of the decision-makers and by golly I'll do it.

  • @tigerssuccess you know what's the problem? At least in some places, the managers think they are sooo smart, they don't need advice, they know everything. Again, I hope is not happening all over the world, that would be wierd. I think a good approach is top to bottom. The owner of the company enters the room with a book, he puts it on the table and he says to his managers: read it or you are fired. :))

  • @danutzzzz13 Great point. We have a chapter in the book that is devoted to the differences between the culture you are describing and an authentic team culture. It is huge. And, did you know that a manager, going on their own information without input and insight from others has a little more than 50% chance of making the right decision in areas that are unknown - like uncharted ground? Companies run on those statistics.

  • @danutzzzz13 Yes, as in couples therapy. The good news is, it did bring us together as we were able to all get on the same side of "isn't this crazy?!?".

  • @1987bigdog No kidding? When US vs Them takes over in the workplace, it is a very bad thing indeed.

  • Besides the spelling, I 100% agree with you :)

  • @nicolettenails Haha. LOL. You WATCHED it! Yeah (^8.

  • @tigerssuccess I think it was about anemaripop's spelling LOL

But we get it, don't worry.

  • Well.. that's a thing that most managers don't do over the world. In some countries they expect that people are motivate only by money.

I would like my boss to know that there are other things more important... I can't stop thinking.. what if I come at work 100% sure i'm gonna love my day? I'll be better at what I'm doing?

  • @anemaripop I couldn't agree more. One of the examples in the book is where an employee says their company is like a wonderful life-style. It is very possible. And, if you know your day is going to be fun and positive and you know you are going to get alot done and if stuck folks will help you ... makes for an incredible shift for everyone. Love you comment. Thanks for offering it. To your happiness. Dianne
