i love this song and i'm thinking about buying a lap steel guitar, too.
i really enjoy your work but everytime your start with sliding you start at a too low tune. it should be just some half steps and not around five... (i hope you understand what i mean because i come from germany and don't know if its right the way i wrote it)
it sounds great, nice work; but it is some kind of melding of the breathe intro and the reprise; the lyrics for Time start out the song and then the final reprise lyrics come in at the end, but the steel guitar is like the intro

actually its breathe reprise, it comes right after "time" when breathe is first song on the album, if i remember correctly :p
