and yes, some supplements help you gain muscle (combined with good nutrition and workouts. the supp itself wont make anything). others help you loose fat.

I really need this product. It is much better than getting my big blender, and mixing my protein shake, then I have to wash it up. With the portable mixer, I can just wash it like a normal cup and finish in seconds.

Not retarded....lazy lol but it all depends on the mixability of the protein you use, if you use ON 100% you can use a spoon but muscle milk protein would work great with the vortex

Sometimes it doesen't start turnin when i push the button.

I have to turn a little with my fingers, so it re-starts.

Yes it does. I also have to spin it a little bit. i think it is because you can't wash it out the greatest and when you take your supplement some of it gets done in spinner and dries, not allowing it to spin
