The guy that did this video is an idiot. He complains that they don't protect sellers, but said people do all this get back at bad sellers. If the seller was honest from the starts people would not be tempted to screw them. I am an extremely honest buyer that got screwed by sellers. My only recourse is a negative feedback. I had to returned at a high shipping cost (because it needs to have a tracking number) to the seller to get money back. It cost me 2 shipping and the cost of items.

@cboncklis Now ask yourself who got screwed in the end. eBay protects bad sellers with paypal (own by ebay) and they do not take care of buyers. I supplied pictures to them and they still want me to send it back to seller who in return will sell it again on ebay. If eBay sees this video, they might take legal action against you even if you are right. They'll consider you try to damage their image. Also, you should realize that many bad buyers are the results of crooked sellers.

Buyer recieves new item, unopened. Then the item gets bused and broken, buyer then lies about the item and complains to Paypal for a guaranteed full refund. Buyer can even lie, stating they never recieved item, saying you sent them an empty box with a brick in it. Ebay/Paypal lets buyers rip off the seller, these buyers will never get away with it if they purchased the item from a shop or super market.

In the interest of balance, there are Plenty of Ebay "sellers" who are ripp off a-holes! Even so called "Power sellers" try & often do give you the shaft as the more feedback they get the more power they wield & it can (like all people with power) go to there heads & so they take the piss! my number 1 pet hate rule is that if you need to return an item through a "sellers" mistake(wrong or damaged item ETC) then the buyer has to swallow the expensive "Tracked" return post Now,thats plain unfair!

You fill that out when a buyer doesn't pay. When a non paying bidder gets three marks they get banned from Ebay.

Ebay ripped me off. The buyer got my item for free. They refunded the crapper who purchased from me and didn't want it so they disputed against me and they got my cd without having to return it and my money! I hate ebay!

Everyone stop Ebay and Paypal!!! Paypal held my money even my bag was delivered. They wanted to make sure buyer was happy. Buyer had remorse n disputed. Paypal even released the funds to buyer before I got my bag back. The buyer shipped to wrong address and someone signed it. I called Ebay and they said it is not their problem because as long as it shows shipped they will release the fund!!!! Now I'm out of money and bag. On top of that, they charged me $32 for chargebacks for the return.

I buyer can buy something, file a claim, exhange parts on an item to repair his own, then get a refund. It happens more than you think. The guy striped it sent back the case. Put a claim in Paypal had tracking of proof of return. YOU KNOW THE REST.

The very best way to bring ebay back down to earth is to develop other websites that give people a chance to sell, have a equal right to respond to each other, make the costs competitive & give the sellers a chance to make some real profits on the net. Do you know what eBay is doing now?? This has only started since last March, which was the last time I sold. They no longer allow the seller to list an option for shipping insurance for the buyer....BECAUSE insurance is now the sole responsibility of the seller! Nevermind the fact that in some categories Ebay will not allow the seller to charge more than $4.00 for Priority shipping. Everybody knows the minimum amount for Priority Shipping is $4.95, often higher if the item weighs more.

I'm being threatened and harrassed by a CRAZY seller on ebay who sold me some bunk and I rightfully gave her negative feedback and now she's threatening me with a lawsuit, to tell you what a nut she is she informed me YESTERDAY that the NEW YORK CITY courts are expecting me THIS SATURDAY MORNING. My listings end this weekend - I have 100% positive feedback but that's only because eBay removed a negative feedback a NPB left me on the first day of the feedback changes. They left 9 negs altogether - 1 each to 9 different sellers in the space of less than 15 minutes. I wont be back until we get a fair feedback system again and sellers arent lost in searches due to numpty buyers who abuse the star system

Heres another one for ya to get back at sellers that have screwed you over..... Open a new ebay and paypal and then Buy items from the dodgy seller that have standard postal delivery, not signed for, and once you have the item in your hands, give it a week and put a claim in for non delivery and no matter what seller says.... you will get your money back and have the item and screwed the seller that took you for a ride as most do.

Sellers on Ebay , take caution . Great seller i've dealt with for years sold an item on Ebay. Buyer left him Negative .Buyer claimed item was fake , got Paypal to refund by charging the seller back .Seller receives an empty box back from the buyer! The new policies seem to promote this type activity .

Just finished looking around youtube at other ebay feedback issues...loads of em around....

If you have ever been screwed over with shit goods from a seller...NOW is the time as a buyer to open many ebay accounts in fake names, addresses and buy the hell outta the items that the seller is selling and then leave negative after not paying for any goods at all. They cannot leave you negative and if the block "0" feedback bidders, they still lose out. Strike back at shabby sellers NOW.
