why do you climb that slow?

so he can make sure he doesn't mess up. i do that with the skulltullas on the walls and if you do it really slow as in wait for it, you wont get hit. my game has no hookshot because there's a bottle there (as an adult) from having my game getting glitched up. check lagufirtnec's video of "Secret Colored Gaunlets in OOT".

The glitch works because part of Kid Link's model goes THROUGH the wall for a single frame when he catches a climbing wall while falling. Being damaged pushes him just enough to get all the way through.

left foot should be lower then right when hanging above the skulltula. should be above left mid section of skulltula take either 12 or 15 steps above the skulltula then press A then hold forward and you should get it

If we can use the glitch to get the Gibdo Mask early in an MM speedrun (100% obviously), then I'm sure we could use this.

To use an example that one would actually use in a pure speedrun, how about Gerudo Fortress early? You normally can't go past the boundary of the fence as a child, yet it's still allowed.
