I'm the exact same way. I often create a piece of art and don't "finish" it. I've sort of created a personal style from it, especially with multiple medias. There is a certain beauty that you don't necessarily acheive with a full canvas or piece of paper. It also encourages thinking. I'm left handed as well, so maybe that has something to do with it. My brother is a scientist which has always caught my interest and I take part in everything from writting to drawing to painting and woodwork...
@thinkANDcreate I know what you mean.....leave your mind concentrated on one masterpiece for too long then your brain interprets it as labour...that's why you should let your ideas flow freely
I don't know why he didn't finish some paintings, etc. That doesn't make him any less of a genius or artist. He's still a truly great Renaissance man.
@polkysy10 maybe i am maybe im not maybe im bisexual maybe im a faghag- why is relavant? unless you want to be in a sexual relationship with someone then thier sexuality really isnt relavant at all
@martialartist95 first of all he wasn't proved to be a left handed, as far as i know at least, him being a leftie was suggested by his inverted writing that supposedly was easier for a left handed person and also i have heard too that he was ambidextrous which comes as no surprise really.
@HistoryLover1550 oh boy....i most certainly hope NOT.....at least not a hollywood production, they will concentrate the whole film on the speculations of hi, being homosexual(e.g. alexander the great) and the biggest part would be about the dropped accusation of sodomy...no thank you, i'll pass. documentaries are good enough..
@sweeney665 You've got a point, maybe a tv series would be better. Of course it would have to have a really good director, screen writer(s), and historical consultants. Hollywood messes up historical/mythological tales too much I agree.
@sweeney665 why is it such a problem that da Vinci was gay? why is it a problem that Alexander the great was gay- Michealangelo- he was gay too - so what, who cares? why is everytime a great and astonishinly brilliant man from history is gay it is such a problem? why are so many people so hell bent on denying it as if homosexuals cant be great and briliiant men? bunch of homophobes!
@dancingnancy09 what's YOUR problem??i never said i had a problem with him or any great persona being gay, i just said that i wouldn't want a film by a big hollywood studio on his life because it would suck due to the biggest part of it being about him being homosexual. got it? Unless you consider the film on alexander the great to be a good film, then you must scan you brain for tumors.
@dancingnancy09 Alexander the Great was not trully gay in the modern sense. During his time, the concept of sexuality that we have was nonexistent. A person's beauty mattered far more than their gender. During that time, a Greek man was expected to marry a woman and have children with her, but it was encouraged for a man to have homosexual relations at the same time.
@692ALBANNACH i think you mean "da vinci's machines". but they also show a replica on a documentary here on youtube. it's a 18 part doc. about his life (a little bit like this one, but longer) Does that help?
@clinicalpsychology22 His Iq is to be predicted at around 210. Thats amazingly high, he is a super genius. From what I could tell theres only a dozen or so ever recorded.
@clinicalpsychology22 "his I/Q must have been off the charts" Estimated to be 220. And yet he never knew of bacteria, or any astronomy outside the solar system, or what lightning was...
I wouldnt be surprised if the voice over isnt italian whatsoever but a caucasian american or something.

@dancingnancy09 Hey man the world would be better without gays.
They are sick bastards who influence our children to become one of them.

I'm an artist myself, although a lot of my works are unfinished.
But for me it shows a sense of structure and organization underlying the artwork with engineering rather than some paint splatter and calling it art.
