I think the game is cool. The game is playable and even balancend (which is rare in an amiga game :) ), there are lots of moves, gory and you can buy weapons. Its got everything that golden axe fans were missing. Sure it lacks in graphics no question but its very playable and fun. Graphics isnt everything, look at rise of the robots or elfmania: Shitty game with great graphics. And so what they took the moves from barbarians! Like thats a bad thing :)

Yes, but I personally had more fun playing this than Barbarian that didnt really have that much diversity. Sure, Doman was/is a basic, side-scroller, but at least it had some kind of leveldesign although the graphics werent the best.
Actually, it was a indie/garage effort back in the day. Many Polish Amiga games have been conceived in such a manner. There weren't many "studios" which did more than one game title ;)

I agree, even taking into account its age, and the fact it that looks like it's a indie garage effort, this game looks absolutely dreadful.
