one thing is I would like to see a maap of the area railroad for I did not believe there was a brnch line at esocina did it ever go further for many railds end at amountain not having enough money ro to reallly finish for moutain reaillroading costs so mutch more

@jimsym1969 2 bad they dont have capmetro in roundrock,taylor or georgetown like escondido has sprinters for there lil cities i ust moved here in round rock it sux u need a car for everything

Drivers are encouraged to use the electric horn for the most part and air horn in areas of low visibility.

The trains got delivered with an electric horn and an air horn. Later on during testing, we found that the electric horn sounded more like the horn of a 1970's VW and not that of a train. We felt concerned that people on the ground at crossings would not recognize that sound with that of an approaching train.

It has 2 the loud one is called a whistle and the other is an electric horn.

What is the top speed you guys get too along the line?

We can get up to 56 mph. The train will go into a penalty stop if the driver allows it to go over 57 mph without correction.

that was the air horn. The others you heard at grade crossings was an electric horn.

No. It's real. I was driving a test train from citracado to ETC station. quality is poor due to me using a digital camera to capture it.

Were the tracks newly built for the sprinter or will they be shared with freight trains?

the tracks have been there and are still in use by freights, but they rarely come through and if they do they usually use them late at night after the sprinter isnt test running.
