  • When you do news from a bar you loose credibility. What a joke.

  • this bill sucks, a stupid penalty for not buying health insurances and higher taxes? welcome to NAZI AMERICA. or UNITED SOCIALIST STATES OF AMERICA. Most taxpayers dollars are going to foreign banks. but let's get loans for the European Union.

  • oh silly americans with your green priorities :P

  • that bill is a peice of crap, and I will NOT agree to it

fuck them, I dont care about this bullshit law, the day I agree to this is the day hell freezes over.

  • If we give GOV health care to people who don't have it they may actually want to live and that will cost even more money. Get GOV out of health care and let people have the right to pull the PLUG on granny.

    Howard Stern

  • I made a new video about what's really in the healthcare bill

    It is a travesty!

  • "I am 100% against the Health Care Bill!! It is ILLEGAL!!!"

search this on facebook ad become a fan! help spread the word and save America!

  • That Cody guy is a clown... the screaming and finger pointing is so obnoxious.

But I do agree with the judge that forcing people to buy insurance is unconstitutional. At least taxes pay for services like the police, the fire department, roads, public schools, etc... But what good is fining people for not having insurance? It's not fair to force people to buy health insurance. You can't force people to be healthy or do healthy things. They should only promote and encourage, not enforce.

  • The Constitution is there for everyone. It doesn't favor one over another. If one chooses to take advantage of what this country has to offer, good for them. If one chooses to sit on the side lines and watch the world pass them by, stop complaining. Nobody in this country needs to be poor. If anyone falls on hard times, there's medicaid. Every hospital or doctor will work out a payment play that would be affordable for each persons situation. I know, I've been there.

  • If I lived in a socialistic nation, I wouldn't have to worry about seeing a doctor and going broke, having my credit score ruined! How come in Europe, Canada and Australia, a person can walk into a doctor's office, get treated and not have to worry about payment but that can't happen in the U.S.? I wish we could receive the benefits of this health care reform immediately, not in 2014! The poor, like me, need help! I DO work, and my income is taxed - I shouldn't have my countrymen condemn me!

  • @jfkjrlover Dude, what dream world are you living in? Average wait time from diagnosis to surgery in Canada is over 16 weeks. My girlfriend lives in Canada and no longer has insurance now that she's turned 21 and has to pay a good deal for her birth control. These countries don't have perfect utopian systems and their citizens pay (sometimes with their lives).

  • The majority of Americans were apposed to this bill but they defied the will of the people. Make them accountable, when you defy the will of the people it is like spitting their faces! The people have a voice and it should be heard or shall there be hell to pay! This violates the basic principles in which our country was formed. What else will they defy our will on? Vote them out in 2010 and in 2012

  • @timefordifference What about the poor in this country? You stupid, selfish right wingers don't give a damn about the people here legally that cannot see a doctor! I know what I'm talking about because as a poor, uninsured American, I went last month to an emergency room for depression treatment & now got a bill for over $400! How the hell am I supposed to pay for this when my credit score is already low & I just found a minimum wage job after months of unemployment?! Oh, right - you don't care!

  • @jfkjrlover Sorry to tell you Im not a republican; its the principle of the matter. Im affected by the cost of medical bills also; maybe if they didnt sell out the American worker you would have a decent paying job. They should have figured out ways to create jobs first then maybe healthcare but not in this manner.

  • @jfkjrlover Oh and don't use that poor, uninsured American argument. I'm the son of a Colombian immigrant (now naturalized) single mother. I've been working for three months after being unemployed for over a year and a half. Those of us against healthcare reform aren't saying the current system is perfect or even good, we just realize the cause of the problem and know that universal healthcare is a huge step in the completely wrong direction.

  • @jfkjrlover : We care but we do not want the Government involved. There were other options but that would have cut into the profit of medical business. I understand about the bills because I am a single parent of four and half of my pay goes to insurance but keep in mind even with insurance if I visit an emergency room I still pay 100 dollars co-pay and a portion of the bill. That is my responsibility which the highest was 600 dollars. So even with health care you will still pay.

  • @jfkjrlover: Also download that so called bill and go to the National Medical Device Registry on page 1001 and on. This will let you know that they are planning on implanting a class II device in the people they insure. I for one do not want something implanted in me that has all of my information plus the ability to track.

  • Those who support this "reform" have no idea what communism is or are actually evil. Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi and gang moved right past the communist aspect and straight into a fascist plutarchy. They must be dealt with according to our Consitution that they hate so very much for the very reason that We the People have the power, it's time to use it.

  • SEC 5210, PG 1312:

    Look it up.

  • LMAO --Looks like dee jee wee jee might be one of those in need of some "free collage"

  • @venttCo Yes, I'd rather have my taxes from purchased items and my income go to FREE education and health care rather than military personnel! A college student should have ZERO worry about how they will afford college; their mind should be free of any worry and instead just focus on getting educated and bettering their life! I am not a supporter of war or having such a huge military; cut spending there and spend it here on people!

  • @jfkjrlover Charity is the responsibility of the individual, not the role of government. Since 1979 when Carter empowered the Department of Education our system has went from number one to where it is today. In oregon were 27th in cost 47th in results from our kids. Public unions and teachers who can't be fired are responsible.

  • @jfkjrlover We do not have a healthcare problem in the US. We have a problem with cost and it's due to government intervening in the first place! It's against the law to buy insurance across state lines, raising our costs. The FDA is a public agency that isn't accountable to the consumer that takes up to 10 years to approve a drug, at which time the drug companies raise prices to make sure they make a profit in the short time they have before their patent runs out and generics arrive.

  • @jfkjrlover In addition, insurance is tied to our jobs, which means we do not get to select what sort of plan we get, meaning as a single male, I have to pay for things like maternity and infertility coverage, which increases costs for me. All these things and more, if fixed, would lower healthcare costs and wouldn't cost the taxpayers a dime. Throwing taxpayer money at a problem doesn't solve it.

  • @TheIndoctriNATION That name is traitor.

  • Ever notice how the far left liberals have to throw that rock at end of their posts. It's like their signature at the end telling everyone, I'm sick. I love it. This is great!

  • Ah, and the peanut gallery of brilliant sheople jump in. Yeah, pretty much social security and medicaid are not Constitutional, as taxation for income would be considered as well. That is if you are going by the ORIGINAL and unamended by PROGRESSIVES Constitution. Progressives have bankrupted America, enslaved the welfare society, and PISSED US OFF.

  • Hey bone heads, Is Health-Care Reform Unconstitutional? If it's unconstitutional, then medicare and social security itself are unconstitutional, what's the difference the government taking money from your check for future heath care expenses and Future retirement. There's no difference.

  • @mrgetrealpeople Social security and medicare don't require you to purchase something, that's where the argument originates.

  • Liberal economic commentator Paul Krugman says the so-called "death panels" established by President Obama's trillion dollar nationalized health-care plan will end up saving "a lot of money" for the government. And Palin was a nut, you are all fools.

  • Shows what decent people socialists are. They only pull out the gas chambers as a last resort.

  • this is a great argument, but the reporters need to pipe downXP

  • White Americans have been sold out. The minority controlled government and their traitor conspirators are now going to implement laws that force the already over-taxed white worker to pay for healthcare for illegals, people who have been on welfare their entire lives, as well as taxpayer funded child murder! Aryan America! If you have even a shred of the pride in your culture and desire for self determination that made your ancestors great-AWAKE!

  • TheIndoctrination -- So, in other words, you have absolutely no clue what the Constitution actually says. Typical of a brainwashed, FOX "News"-watching lemming.

  • @waydownNMway Obviously you need to watch it again and then read the Judge's book: "The Constitution in Exile"

  • @Tombo162 ... Watch what again. Oh yeah, "you need to go and read this piece of propaganda here. Then you'll understand my ignorant nonsensical point of view." Right. No thanks, buddy.

  • Uh, sorry pal but your own bill ensures $50 BILLION a YEAR in new insurance revenues. So your point is... ?

Actually, the only thing the bill does is to extend the burden of the unhealthy to the healthy and responsible. So, healthy individuals should be punished because Johnny Holdtheveggies can have a cigarette with his valu menu? Yeah, have fun that whole equal protection argument.

  • Obama campaign rhetoric, meet Obama law: H.R.3590, Section 5210

"ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS."..."(1) PURPOSE- The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed services reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions."

Read the bill at opencongress d o t org.

    You decide what this means.

  • As for the strawman approach of claiming that anyone who opposed this bill is either rich or is an industry shill: Baloney.

This is a *2,000 page* POS bill (with all kind of hidden goodies in it) that has the IRS as the enforcing agency, requiring yet another huge expansion of gov't apparatus and cost.

We're ALL for cheaper health care, but this monstrosity is NOT the way to achieve that goal.

  • Here is something many (not all) liberals fail to consider in their zealous expansion of gov't power:

Each administration, over time, adds to and enlarges the gov't apparatus, which then naturally ossifies. It's nearly impossible to "undo" gov't buildup over time.

The problem is that the myopic citizens don't foresee the possibility of gov't tyranny; they seem to think that (their) gov't can only do good, which we all know is patently false.

They're dangerously setting the tools in place.

  • There are many who rightly point backwards in time to point out the wrongs done by past spendthrift administrations. Correct!

But don't spend so much time looking in the rear view mirror that you totally ignore the robbery in progress.

  • The real multiple account holders are room monitor/venttco. venttco is factcheck, usmcrett, seymourtruth, bvdwidepants, obdaddy, room monitor, etc... And IT is always replying to itself, in some sick leftist attempt to make people on these threads think there are more INSANE America hating human garbage than there really is. These types are less than 19% of the nation, if that. All they are is spam.

Button pushing freaks hoping for some attention.

  • Whats next Universal Appliance Warranty (UAW). My HDTV is broke and I don't have the money to fix it, I was just fired to pay for the new healthcare taxes. My neighbors won't let me watch their HDTV, and it isn't fair that they have one and I don't. Gov't should make them pay for my warranty so I can fix my HDTV. Please, Mr. Obama, fix this HDTV problem! Tax everyone with a HDTV so 47 million can have one. Why do the rich have access to working HDTVs?

  • Exhibit A. If we cant convince people with the power of persuasion, well use the persuasion of power to convince people.

Exhibit B. Fine and jail time. Its in our health care bill.

The President and Andy Stern goals are revealed.

Our freedom is not negotiable! Jailing Americans is not the solution!

America rich or poor, open your checkbooks so that Uncle Obama wont jail your behinds.

  • Leftists don't present arguments. They only present attitudes. This particular Leftist flying monkey is using the old Leftist standby attitude of out-of-hand dismissal, used to pull little children away from the truth by affecting that the opponent isn't even worth arguing with. It's a Leftist's favorite cop-out.

  • Obama's not my president. He's president for people who hate America. He hates the civil society we've inherited. He hates Constitutional limitations on his office. He's on record saying as much in a radio interview. Now his actions, from trashing 700,000 of our nation's automotive assets like a common street rioter, to this utter assault on private insurance, confirms the very DEEP level of his hatred. SUCH A MAN CANNOT BE MY PRESIDENT. I REJECT HIM. FUCK HIM!!

  • I find that there are only 2 kinds of ppl who opposed the healthcare reform.

    1) Those who are in the health insurance business or have some sort of affiliation with them.

    2) Those who make too much money that $800-$1,200 a month insurance bill doesn't even hurt their pocket, AND they dont want to help others.

I would like to apologize to entire U.S. of A for being the only American who make $60,000 a yr and having difficulty paying $870 a month. The rest of u guys are millionaires.

  • No there are lots of other kinds of ppl:

    3) Those who don't feel entitled to other people's labor.

    4) Those who aren't greedy materialists and are willing to sacrifice to secure life's essentials.

    5) Those respectful of others' property rights, who understand the destructiveness of theft via government-as-hired-thug.

    6) Those treasuring their individual liberty purchased with the blood of those killed by tyrants, who would rather die than hand that precious liberty over to communist tyrants.

  • 7) Those who accept that tragedy is part and parcel of the human condition which can only be worsened by the acceptance of tyranny.

    8) Those who aren't rich, have good coverage through their employer, and understand economics well enough to know that this "reform" is actually fascist manipulation to cause them to lose their coverage and be put at the mercy of the people who trashed Medicare.

  • There's only one kind of person who supports this reform: People with communist sympathies, whether they know it or will admit it publicly.

  • @iforgotmyscreenname1 there are only 2 kinds of people who agree with healthcare

    1. communist pigs

    2. facist morons, that oppose the constitution, and such

  • We need to force a national vote to repeal Obama Care. It is wholly unconstitutional to force socialism on the United States especially by sidestepping the constitutional protection of the filibuster.

  • You are a shill for the insurance companies. It is simple. Insurance companies operate with a 25-30% overhead. Medicare uses only about 3%. We can do it better without the profit margin and the big CEO salaries. We are the only industrialized nation that allows for profit to be made off of health insurance. That goes all the way down to countries the size of Costa Rica. If we are so all mighty, why can't we do this? You are a victim of a manufactured consent. You have been told what to believe.

  • We have grown to be "so all mighty" precisely because, up until now, we haven't done what Costa Rica does. We've grown prosperous because we didn't eat our geese that lay the golden eggs--our capitalist institutions. Now, in the comfort of your easychair that the free market made affordable for you, you ponder why poorer countries can eat their golden geese and such a wealthy country as ours can't. You are a buffoon!

  • Obama is a communist confidence man and you are his useful idiot. Tax-cheat Tim Geithner, Harvard-endowment-trasher Larry Summers, America-hating-terrorist-sympathizer Eric Holder, Mao-admirer Anita Dunn, prosperity-hater Hillary et al are his shills.

  • Bullshit. One of you flying monkeys spit out the talking point Medicare must be more efficient because its overhead is 3% while private health is 25%. I showed that if you sell policies only to healthy kids who don't make any claims, your overhead is 100% regardless of how efficient administration is. Those stats do not make a case for government efficiency. That's an argument, but there's nothing in it to fuel your stupid ego trip so it went over your head.

  • Barack Obama is a communist. Leftists think communism isn't communism if you don't call it that. You're a bunch of stupid morons. Barack Obama is a communist. He is in the process of communizing your body with this health care law. When you have to go to government to ask for the privilege of maintaining a piece of property a certain way, and when government can order you to maintain it a different way, that property doesn't belong to you. It belongs to the commune.

  • @tombeardman You are a liar. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers study, in 2007 health plans had an average profit margin of only 3%. (PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Factors Fueling Rising Health Care Costs 2008, p.7.) Investors value accurate information on this kind of stuff. It's not political for them so you can trust it. ahem... You, on the other hand, are a political hack.

  • As for overhead, private insurers are subjected to all kinds of federal, state and local taxes and regulations that cost private insurers billions. Medicare is not subjected to any of this. When this is accounted for, Medicare is much less efficient and has none of the incentives for pleasing consumers private health has. Plus, Medicare's insolvent and bringing the entire country down.

  • You're wrong to think of all overhead as undesirable. Advertising not only attracts consumers. It also attracts investors who prevent a private insurer's capital reserves from sinking into a Medicare-like mud pit. CEO salaries do the same for investors. Profits--another vital component of overhead--also attract investors. All this makes it possible for private insurance to avoid the kind of financial drudgery and ultimate death spiral you see in government.

  • @tombeardman. Your conclusion from the 30% vs 3% overhead is completely wrong. That's % of total program cost. Only 4% of Medicare's overhead is attributable to claims processing. 96% is unrelated to # of claims. Therefore, insuring younger and healthier people necessarily produces higher overhead. If you insure only kids who don't get sick, overhead is 100%. Medicare's people are older and sicker. Your stats only points to the relative age/health of Medicare patients, not Medicare's efficiency.

  • Employment program

I am establishing a fundraising program to sent Pres. Obama to a business school. For your donation, please make check payable to-

sending his ass to business school-

So that my family, friends, nieces, nephews can find employment

  • @yesilike101

I am also making a similar fund. It's called "Educate sorry asses for not knowing the education of the POTUS when it has been widely known for a few years now"

Please make all checks payable to ignorant fools abound (c) 2010.

  • For those who have the best health care in the world, f..K U. If we all can't have it no one will. (small print, except the Pres. and Congress)

We regret to enforce fines and jail time for those whose resist our EXCELENT/DMV services. Healthcare means Mo govt workers. They get mad when their salaries are not paid on TIME. FOR or AGAINST, shut up and paid our salaries. Your participation is greatly appreciated so that we dont have to jail your behinds.

  • 100% un-constitutional... it should end right there.

unless you say we should not honor the constitution anymore.

  • @jake732c

"100% un-constitutional... it should end right there"

If you are referring to the Enumerated Powers argument, I have 2 counterpoints:

    1) General Welfare Clause

    2) Enough inaction by the states to warrant the Fed stepping in and finally doing something about the situation.

    3) HC is an issue that goes beyond state boundaries, effectively making it an issue too big for the legislation of any one state. In this case, only the Fed has proper authority to rectify the situation.

  • @jake732c

Setting aside general welfare, there is also nothing specifically stating it has no authority in the area either. And don't feed me the Enumerated Powers argument. The states had some 200+ years to get on top of HC issues, and failed to act. As an old dog idealist, I believe the government is here to do what the people are otherwise incapable of doing for themselves. Furthermore, it infringes on no personal rights, therefore that argument is inert as well.

  • @AndrewDeLong

    1. general welfare clause, has nothing to do with is, it was established for the congress to keep regulation on free trade among states, you liberals used this clause to your advantage for many years, not even knowing what it means.

    2. HC is an issue for the states, what makes you say its bigger than state boundaries, again liberal talk, trying to give the government more power than it actually has........

  • @fireking9934

    1) It was established for taxation related purposes. Merely reading it will provide you with that key information. It does not specify trade, but taxation. Nice try, but poor counter argument.

    2) HC is an issue, that, in more ways than one, goes well beyond the boundary of any one state, and as such should be regulated by a power that also extends beyond any one state. Typical convie jargon trying to shirk responsibility.

  • Job creation? Dont know yet. Still thinking about it. How do you create jobs when the stimulus money is sitting in the bank? Well, that is a good question. Even though unemployment is near 10%, there is no need for urgency. November election is coming up. Actually the rest of the stimulus money is preserved for the OBAMA STASHES GET OUT T VOTEs FOR US CAMPAIGNE.

The green jobs we promise wont kick in until 10 years from now so chill folks. Dont know. Dont care. Dont' ask.

  • Yes it is constitutional. We are all being taxed. It is like we all get taxed and if we buy a house and get a mortgage, we can deduct from our taxes the interest. It will be the same with the health insurance. From your taxes you will get a credit for the cost of your health insurance. Its complicated, that's why I am for Medicare for all. Simple, constitutional, cheap and it would work.

  • usdebtclock(org)

Clearly Medicare already doesn't work and expanding it to everyone is a colossal error of epic proportions. We are fucking future generations up the ass, all for a feel-good ego trip based on a total denial of economic reality. You're like a trust fund teenager on drugs.

  • If you are so worried about future generations, why have you not spoken up about Bush's bank bailout, Bush's 2 illegal and unfunded wars, or Bush's habit of growing government and not paying for it. It's been the Republican that have spent all the money for the future generations. You seem to be an apologist for the fat cat Insurance corporations. Bill McGuire's 1.7 billion dollar CEO salary for United Healthcare. Where is the anger for that? Get a clue.

  • Insurance companies that pay their executives less get attacked by people like you for earning more profits for their shareholders. So they really can't win with you malcontents who aren't providing medicine to anybody. Might as well pay the executives who make the billion $ decisions what they're worth. I wish we could pay Obama that as severance to get him out the door tomorrow. It would save the country.

  • Is Health-Care Reform Unconstitutional? Yes it is.

  • Yes it is constitutional?

  • I will decide what's best for me like MARIJUANA which i smoke because of back pain and it makes me feel better POT ain't for everyone that should be between me and my DOC. I will decide what's best for me not GOV or Religion.

    Howard Stern

  • Now serving patient #882233433334555555

  • The government runs anything, there are always poor services, no accountability, and the necessity of dealing with the brain dead govt. workers. Exhibit A, the DMV. Tell us about your excellent experience at the DMV. America, these brain dead govt. workers are going to decide your health care treatment for your sons & daughters. Kiss your best health care treatment goodbye.

  • The govt. cant even run a flea farm. Lets say your doctor has concern about diagnosing a brain tumor and requests an MRI. The brain dead govt. workers tells you to take 2 tablets of Tylenol, and then 3 tablets. Your case got DENIED! Who do you scream to? Do they care? You are F..k.

    Sincerely,

    Break Time, Next Window.

  • I have news for you republitard Americans: Barack Obama owns your candy asses now. So shut up and take your medicine the way the Man tells you. Fuck you dickwads! Consider yourselves communized. Have a nice day! Yes We Can! LOL

  • Collecting taxes under the Democrats' newly passed health-care plan will cost the federal government more than $1 billion a year in salaries alone. The IRS will hire as many as 16,500 additional auditors, agents and other employees to investigate and collect billions in new taxes and healthcare premiums imposed on Americans. And you thought it was free, haha, zombies! Yes the IRS can!

  • I'm delighted to put that money in the pockets of people working for the public interest, making sure I don't have to pay for my medicine because I can't afford it along with my mortgage and car payment. Why should I have to drive some cash-for-clunker reject because some greedy doctor needs a new BMW every year? I didn't pay for medicinr when I was a kid and everything worked great. Happy days are here again!

  • honestly I'd rather the federal government spend trillions of dollars on health care rather than trillions of dollars to banks, and institutions to help them out of a situation they themselves created.

  • You'd rather be a slave--someone who doesn't own their own body? Who can't maintain it as he pleases? I'd rather see banks bailed out and then put the politicians that forced the bad mortgages in jail. I'd rather remain a free man. Our bodies have been communized. That's better than a bank bailout?

  • what's this? someone with a brain?

  • Not of Fox.

  • I find it odd that people are screaming about the $ needed to make healthcare reform work (they can't stand the idea of being taxed)... apparently they don't care about the TRILLION dollars that was spent in the last ten years on a "war" based on a complete lie. Let's get our priorities straight... maybe we should focus on keeping our country healthy rather than killing others and waging war in the name of "democracy" (when we all know it's really about oil). Wake up people

  • Priorities straight? Government is good at killing people and destroying things and putting people in chains, so we need it for defense. But government health is like trusting the care of an infant to a rottweiler. Wouldn't it be cute to see Fidette feed the baby just like it feeds its puppies? That's it! A new law: It's illegal to feed your own baby now. You all must have rottweilers feed them because I want you to appreciate what sensitive animals they really are, you rottweiler bigots!

  • OIL???

Then why are we still spending the same at the pump?

    Idiot

  • y is it that so many people dont want to help their own fellow Americans? people are dying and going into debt. 1/20 of fox is news and the rest is all opinions so cmon people wake up

  • We have to defeat this BILL because it will give health care to anyone and they might actually live and we sure don't more people to live because then we will have to keep giving them there Medicaid--Medicare--Social Security--Supplemental Income---GOV Pensions--VA checks etc.

    Howard Stern

  • Not a bill; it's law now, idiot, and doesn't "give" anything to anyone. It takes away your right to maintain your own body the way you choose to maintain it in voluntary exchange with your fellow man, thereby usurping ownership of you. You're basking in feel-good rhetoric without any foundational understanding because the law pulls $500 billion out of Medicare when it's underfunded as it is, killing the elderly who've funded Medicare their entire lives.

  • Sorry you won't decide when we pull the PLUG on people that is between you and your Family--Friends--Doctor--and your GOD. Plus we already did that with our grandma. And my friends are going to do the same with there Nieces and cousin pretty soon and that's the way it should be between families not GOV.

    Howard Stern

  • That is not going to be decided by family, friends and doctors anymore. That's how it's been until now. The government is commandeering the supply of medicine--not just paying for it-- by becoming the single payer. He who pays the fiddler calls the tune. In the past, of course families/doctors made those decisions based on their own evaluation of their own circumstances. NOT ANYMORE. Now government decides because it must ration by dictate if it is saying people are entitled to service.

  • Read the bill, it does none of what you just said. I read it and it is really a give away of tax subsidies to the existing insurance companies. Medicare for all would be the best and we could make it work. There is no dictate on rationing. It is still you and your insurance company. By the way, insurance companies have been rationing and denying coverage to people for decades. Insurance Companies allow people to die for their profits. Look at CEO of United Health. 800 mil. for 5 years of work.

  • Your post is a rich example of how liberalism is a dysfunction founded on economic ignorance, fallacy-by-conflation, lack of information and lack of critical thinking skills; while it's driven by the emotions of envy and the cheap thrill of self-exaltation. It's going to take a number of 500-character posts to even begin to expose all the ways you are wrong. You're a real piece of work. Let's begin, shall we?

  • 1) INSURANCE COMPANY GIVEAWAY

While many Lefty dummies still think it, those with brains know that's not what this law is. Obama taught Kucinich this: The bill forces insurance companies to become welfare distributors--paying for preexisting conditions is not insurance!--while cutting off their revenue by deterring people from buying policies. There's no need to buy insurance anymore. Just wait until there's a big medical bill you don't want to pay. You can't be denied. 1)cont'd1...

  • 1)cont'd1 So the law destroys the private insurance industry by a) massively jacking up the costs of business by forcing this new welfare function into insurance companies' business models while 2)charging a penalty for not having insurance that is MUCH MUCH lower than the fair price of a policy that would account for the massive new outlays insurance companies are being forced to pay for the new welfare component of their business model. 1)cont'd2...

  • 1)cont'd2 Obamacare fascistically undermines insurers' financial viability. They exist to help people manage financial risks. That's not possible now that insurers cannot possibly manage their own financial risks. The companies' massive capital reserves backing up insurance policies are now in effect Obama's stash, made freely available to anybody wanting somebody else to pay their medical bills. Insurance companies simply no longer have a viable business model. Reserves will be drained. cont'd3

  • 1)cont'd3 Therefore this law directly prepares the way for single-payer. The insurance companies will hike their rates to account for the unsustainable risks. Nobody will pay these rates. People will dump their policies and pay the penalty which is much cheaper, all the while knowing they can buy into Obama's welfare program as soon as they are hit by a major medical bill. This is fascism preparing the way for communism. It's neoMarxism. BARACK OBAMA IS A COMMUNIST. cont'd4

  • 1)cont'd4 Democrats are wrecking insurance by the same, politically expedient, fascistic means they trashed the credit market with. There, they pumped private credit with high-risk loans and now they pump private insurance with massively high-risk policies. Private insurance will fail just as private credit failed. Obama is a total wrecking ball of a president. Cash for Clunkers was but an appetizer to see what he could get away with. Obama's violence knows no bounds. He hates this country.

  • 2) MEDICARE FOR ALL WOULD BE BETTER AND CAN WORK

They can't even get Medicare for just the elderly to "work". Witness:

  • 3) THERE'S NO RATIONING. IT'S YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

You no longer need to buy a policy. Just pay the cheap fine until you get your first medical expense. Once the insurance companies fail as explained in 1), the public panic leads to single-payer. Rationing begins once government must manage who gets what of scarce resources. Private medicine will be outlawed as subversion of the common welfare. The communism begins--people placating government officials to obtain medical privileges.

  • 4)INSURANCE COMPANIES RATION ALREADY

Just because you can't go into a grocery and grab free food whenever you're hungry and out of money, doesn't mean grocers are evil and food needs to be socialized. Grocers are just not charities. Nor are Insurers. They pay what they're legally contracted to. 3% profits don't allow charitable giving. That would jeopardize the well-being of their policy holders--and that's exactly why Obama is a criminal for FORCING them to give charity they can't afford.

  • 5)INSURERS KILL FOR PROFITS

Telling someone you're not going to pay for a procedure because 1)you're not their slave 2)you're not legally obligated to pay and 3)you have legal obligations to tens of thousands of policy holders that would be jeopardized by such charity; that's a far cry from telling someone they're not allowed to have the procedure, which is how government runs medicine. Government rations. Why can't doctors do the procedure for free? Why blame insurers?

  • 5)cont'd ANSWER: Blame insurers because they have all that juicy capital in reserves which has kept the private insurance market financially solvent! The politicians are out of money. These filthy, slimy fuckhead Democrats have spent every damned cent available to them from taxpayers, but their insatiable greed for power remains unabated. So, like a swarm of fucking locusts, these government asswipes are looking around for a new supply of wealth they can gorge on until THAT'S all gone too.

  • If single payer is the outcome, all the better. I love the direction we are going. I surely don't feel for the insurance companies. Let the people band together and revolt against these evil corporations. Time to end corporate personhood.

  • They are still making a profit dippo. I don't want any trust fund baby sitting at home making money off of my healthcare dollar.

  • Castro hailed Obamacare as a miracle and an important battle and a success of (Obamas) government. Castro stated Obamas health care is like the one enacted in Cuba a half century ago. Last year Castro said his countrys spending on health care was simply unsustainable.

  • So now that we know how rights work in the lollaland of the Left, where the hell's my gun? Deliver my guns and ammo to me now! I demand the government provide me with a high-quality firearm. If rights are really just communized privileges...
