Well im not sure if penalties should be there to have in finals of the Champs League, or FIFA world cup finale.

I agree, the penalty is a lottery, you can win, or miss. but to be fair, there is pretty much no other fair way of deciding the contest. after extra time, 120mins is more than enough time to score and win a game.

a silver goal is when a goal is scored in the first half of extra time, and if the other team doesnt score by half time, then they dont play the second half.

i think PKs are the worst idea. i think it should be two 15min extra times and then if still tied, go into golden goal

what about. 90min, silver goal for 2x15 then if still its still tied, just continues 15s with golden goal until the winner is decided. i really dislike the pks for deciding a winner. i would like to see it on the field, and since there's a fatigue problem with unlimited time of golden goal, thats why there's a mini break every 15min. and why not every team get 1 sub every 15min if it goes past the silver goal, into the golden goal
