That's the military suit. It's a fine piece of equipment that is unlocked upon the completion of the game on any difficulty. After starting a new game (on the same file), it can be purchased for (I think) 90,000 credits. Believe me, it's worth it.

No problem! I told you wrong on the price of the military suit. It shows up as Level 6 Suit and is 99,000 credits. Worth every penny.
