After all was said and done prob about 6k back into it replaced every bushing, lines, anything i could get new she got she had 230,000km now the entire drive train has just over 10,000 dont know what the top speed is now had it past 160 doin 3800rpm and still pullin
when doin bushings go with energy they are softer much better ride all in all worth every penny never getting rid of this truck will get others but never get rid of this one :) cheers
thanks dude took me a little longer than i had wanted but was totally worth it, id totally recomend the body lift just for ease of working on the engine and drivetrain in the future. After the motor had to throw in a new converter opted for a bracket master from tcs 2400rpm stall and new gt radial adventuro tires all round. Beast of a climber now lol
5:40 did you sand it or just clean and then spray the under coating on?

looks good dude! I'm doing the same thing with my truck except it's not a Z71.
I bought an old corvette 350 to replace my 305 with and I'm rebuilding the 350 right now.
