In sollecito's home was a heavy smell of bleach when the police went there, also the knife was cleaned with bleach, Amanda was buying bleach from shop next morning.In toilet was Amanda's blood mixed with Meredith's blood in 5 places, and she said herself it wasn't there before the murder. It was clearly visible on the sink, yes indeed very simple case: all three are quilty.

If you watch the DNA collection, you can see they don't change gloves between pieces of evidence, and don't put it immediately into separate plastic bags. It's even touched by other hands a few times. They examine it and touch it BEFORE it's put into anything sterile. The search happened haphazardly, no pictures were taken of where each piece of evidence was found.

In Canada and Britain, NONE of that DNA evidence would be admitted in trial.

When there are two suspects police interrogators lie to them about one accusing the other. This is a common practice which results on one accusing the other.
