@BubCar2 It"s a device to prevent the human body from damping the natural vibration of the guitar. That way the sound is richer.

Great performance! I attended many concerts by Narciso Yepes and this piece continues to be my favorite. From which one of the Cantigas this piece is based? Is there is a guitar score available for fellow guitarists?

Incredible due to the perfect attacks and chosen high attacks. Well, wondering which Cantigas # it is as no one ever found out which one it is in youtube. But you are sure that it was arranged by Narciso Yepes himself, so there is a slight chance that you might not find it exactly as what it was in the 12th century or to find the source Cantigas.
