Heh. Myu favorite Vocaloids are Rin and Len, but I like Meiko as well; she sounds more real than some of the other ones if used correctly, and her voice is more mature, so she's very nice to listen to.

Now, there are many songs in which Meiko's voice can be appreciated at it's maximum level, like Cradle of Destiny, starring Meiko and GACKPOID, The Kaito and Meiko Duet Tsunami, where both can be appreciated perfectly, and a lastt one, and one of my favorites, HONEY.

Now, people's tastes over Vocaloid can vary, but my favorite's Meiko, since she has a beautiful voice, well, of course, others have a nice voice as well, but Meiko's my fav., she can hit high pitches pretty high and her voice can be used for almost any rhythm and-or song. Personal opinion, please don't get the wrong idea or something like that.

Just to add to that, the first generation vocaloids are computer generated. The second gen vocaloids are based off actual voice actors.
