first you put noodles in boiling water

(measure water according to the soup you want)

then you put all the taste makers inside as the noodles start to break

then cook it for few minutes

and serve it in a bowl

while cooking he can add the sausage and cabbage

American Ramen makes me barf :(. You should go to an Asian/Korean market and buy some Korean or Japanese Ramen. Korea makes good ramen but most of it is similar seasoning. Japanese has a lot of different varieties but you can't find a lot of them around here.

The "ramen" we get over here isn't even ramen in Asia, it's just instant noodles, which are pretty much junk food over there.

I personally like instant noodles (more or less because it's cost efficient for a college student), but real ramen tops this stuff any day. (especially the miso variety)
