I've actually heard that song AND seen the video...yes, it's a real song. The story goes that the guy singing it was making those sounds between saying Chakaron so he could keep the rhythm of the song to get to the parts he was having trouble with. Then, the people behind making it a song actually told him to just leave it like that, so he did and that's why it isn't real words. This video was funny as hell.
